She was not offered a same day or any other appointments on a different day either “ lack of duty of care by above staff member meant that Daughter went to chemist next door where she was “ she could only have Penicillin !!! This doesn’t agree with her so what does she do? We were lied too by Ms Dee Parker and I am taking this further ! I completed an Econsult on Monday, was asked to call to book an on Tuesday. Was seen Tuesday afternoon by Dr Jabar, who was very kind and actually listened to my concerns. I left feeling very happy and impressed with the level of service and support provided by the surgery. I got a letter in the post to ring the reception to get an with doctor Holloway after doing an online form of a mole I have. After waiting 40 mins I was they don’t do appointments in advance.
