This place is amazing. Wish we had this when I was young. We took our grandchildren (10 & 9) and booked a 2 hour slot which was £15 each plus you had to buy socks for around £3. There was loads for them to explore & they had a time. Food & drinks are available & there are options available. Make sure the wear trainers for the Ninja warrior area (socks suffice for the bouncy arena area.) First here, I called for running behind and a lady called Abby was lovely, remembered me upon arrival and managed to move it over, it is my child’s so made it easier for her who also has ADHD and ASD which was also good with the manager I think she was(blonde lady) who gave my child an ice pack after getting hit in the face… and also gave out a Happy over the speaker. Thank you All very polite, professional, plenty of staff, prices are good compared to other places, parking you get 2 hours free then pay the difference if over, easy to book, u have to buy the socks but with the gloves u save money. Will be back definitely, huge and clean so best place I’ve seen so far. Also have lockers u put ur own code incase. This was the PERFECT way to celebrate our birthdays. 🥳 Not only was the inflatable section bounce-tastic but brilliant all round. We're a mixed age range: 7, 19, 36 and 47 and it was enjoyable for us all! 😃 To top it all off, my youngest daughter happened to win Today's Advent Calendar and was so ecstatic to receive her certificate along with a little, festive bag of goodies: a mini jigsaw, a puzzle, miniature colouring book with crayons and some stickers. All Christmas themed. They have plenty of free lockers if you need to stash belongings away safely. service always polite and child friendly. Coming here for long now never disappointed and always spot on. Most importantly the had a whale of a but also that was so well organised by the team there and the staff were all lovely. The had a and even some of the parents got involved and had a time. Our host Lucy was brilliant. Very accommodating and looked after her really well. Will definitely come again Went for my sons 5th with his older sisters and cousin. They all had the best time. Having the inflatable area and the obstacle course meant they were entertained for ages and didn't want to leave. Will definitely return. They also had an selection of festive hot chocolates which the grown ups enjoyed! Private booking for our scout group. Aisha, Amelia and Inga were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. They engaged with the scouts who had the best time. Allowed us to invest our new scouts and were a genuine delight to be around. You get very sweaty very quickly, only downside is that there’s not a lot of fixed obstacle courses as it’s mainly inflatable. One hour was more than enough to attempt everything and have to sit down to cool down My daughter’s party. Just brilliant from start to finish! Super friendly, knew exactly what she was doing and in total control. Made the super easy and enjoyable for the and parents xxx We had such a fun day out and would highly recommend as it was a perfect activity for the summer holidays. We ended up taking our son's friend from school as the group ticket for 4 people worked out so reasonable. On arrival we were greeted by the Amelia who checked us in and kindly helped us work out the right sock size for our sons friend. There were 2 areas inside - the inflatable course and also the hard surface track which had 2 difficulty levels. Although the 5 year olds did better than us adults on the tricky course. They offer free parking for 2 hours, complimentary lockers and jugs of water. We had lots of fun, laughs and burnt off a ton of energy so the slept well last night as did we. The whole centre is really clean and there is a cafe serving food and drinks with lots of seating for when you need a break or spectators to sit at. The both had an ice lolly from the cafe at the end and were given a Ninja Warrior sticker and colouring in sheet so they were super pleased. They are even running a fab offer to return again before the end of Sept for only £7.50 as well as a loyalty card scheme. Visit 3 x for a free drink and 5 x for free entry. There is also some arcade games and even a few little toys for toddler siblings to keep them entertained. Well worth a visit Lucy was an exceptional host for our children’s event. She was incredibly nice and engaging, keeping the entertained and happy throughout the party. Her enthusiasm and ability to connect with the made the day truly special. Highly recommended! An day spent with my daughter! Adam was absolutely wonderful with our little one! He has such a talent to keep kids’ interest and he’s armed with loads of patience, explaining and showing what needs to be done to have fun but still to be safe! Coming here today, I had my first experience when I had absolutely no worry. Coming to these sort of soft playing, jumping, inflatable places, I never manage to relax, but I did today, and enjoyed the food (nachos are delicious)! I relaxed just because I knew if Adam was there as part of the staff, my daughter and the other will be safe and will have fun! Thank you!!! Went to the toddler session with our 4 year old on Saturday morning and then did another session straight after with my nine year old. They both loved it and had a time. While they were waiting for each other they made use of the arcades and so no one was bored. The fixed course has a good variety so it’s both challenging but fun and do able at the same time. The got certificates and got to spin a prize wheel which added to the experience. It’s nice and quiet in the mornings and we could see the later sessions got busier so we picked a good time.
