Bonnys Caravan Park

Newcastle, United Kingdom RV park

One of the Best Places To Visits in Bryansford Top-rated.online cuts through the clutter, highlighting only the reviews that are most helpful, earn the most likes, or come from the most active contributors. Lovely, well maintained site. With a park & animal farm for the children. The one thing that tops it for me , is the most wonderful views of the Mourne Mountain's! !! Unbelievable, so nice staying there. Family have had a static here for 10 yrs. In last 5 years standards have slipped. Bins always over flowing you can smell them along way off. There is usually rubbish floating around the grounds. The petting zoo is a health hazard to be avoided. The caravan pitches are spacious with room for two cars and some decking or paving. The price for electricity and gas is the average. When staying I don't let kids use on-site play park ( it is unsupervised ) and they have came back after 10mins having been assaulted by other kids. There is no on-site shop and I've never seen any security staff at night patrolling. When you buy your static you trapped into selling it back to Bonny's or paying a hefty fee to have it removed. This is the norm for static sites. Office staff are helpful and knowledgeable about local activities. And the park has a great list of caravan related contractors for maintenance and upgrades. There is only two pitches for motor homes which is a shame. The site is 15 mins walk to beach down hill there is a local mace 10 mins walk. Great place for our weekends away and within walking distance to Newcastle Town. Love the mountain walks which are on our doorstep. If you hadn't heard of it there was a big fire on April Sunday Easter Sunday somebody or something that big trees of Fire represent bonnys caravan park I felt really bad as it go into Newcastle Centre and go to sleep there on that no 10 really close Clifton houses on toy Branigan Road had to evacuate as well because what if the fire reach them thankfully it did not and everyone safe 5 minutes from the beach and nestled at the foot of the Mourne mountains. Bonny's and Newcastle are quickly becoming one of my favorite places. The view from the mobiles is stunning. It's the best well kept place I have seen .feel very safe wen down by urself. Staff very helpful I have had a caravan there for years. An amazing place to stay for the weekend and on school holidays. Lots of friendly people. There is also free WiFi and a pizza shop that offers great food and a games room and sweet shop for kids. Here for 14 years I enjoy the setting but the park has little else to offer. Tree being remove behind us 14years ago still there.
