I’ve driven past this pub so many times, and it always caught my eye as a cozy spot worth visiting. So, I finally decided to stop in for a after work, and it did not disappoint. This small laid-back Irish pub has a warm, friendly atmosphere that makes you feel right at home the moment you walk in... The pub may be simple, but the selection of beers on tap is excellent, especially the Guinness, which is the star of the show... And the best part? It’s only £4 a pint! YES, FOUR FRIGGIN POUND!! THE CHEAPEST I’VE HAD IN A LONG TIME! The Guinness here is perfect... smooth, creamy and everything you'd want from a good Irish pint. The staff particularly Stevie, are incredibly welcoming and friendly, adding to the overall charm of the place. And if you’re a football fan, you’re in luck... there’s a big screen where you can catch the game while enjoying your pint. Whether you're looking for a quick drink after work or a relaxed weekend night out, The Bridge End Tavern is a fantastic spot for a bit of Irish craic. One wee heads up... watch out for the crikey back door on your way in! Had a few pints of black in here last week. Thing that struck me was they had no bar taps which ive never encountered (excluding those awful places called micro breweries). Asked the barmen who explained they were on the rear of bar wall so they are closer to the kegs. Nice enough place, and was a half decent would recommend. Lovely pub location and very nice local people who were friendly. Good to watch sport. Barman reasonable enough but more interested in making himself coffee and serving locals vs ignoring me sat at the bar glass empty. Excellent wee country bar , Bar lady is really welcoming , lite the fire for us . She really looks after her regulars , very kind . Such a relaxed Atmosphere and no loud music so you can have a conversation with each other , Hubby recommends the Guinness. 5 Start . Friendly, warm sanctuary in Glenarm. Great atmosphere wher3 everyone is welcome. Top class of Guiness and hosting. Cannot wait to return! Called in for a to get out of the rain with the family. Warm welcome from Stevie and the open fire going as well. One of the nicest pints of Guinness I have ever had!! Would definitely recommend and have already planned on returning. Great of Guinness at the best price on the coast Rd 👌 Craic is great, as is Guinness & wine. Lots of local in but No food served here for a long time. Wrong place advertised.
