Expensive compared to other local centres. The level of cleanliness was below what you would expect, with the itself being rather disgusting with food and rubbish in there. I hate to imagine the last the floors were cleaned. As for the toilets, they don’t look as if they have ever been cleaned! Stains all down the and over the seats, no where to dry your hands either, no paper towels or hand dryer. Service was very slow for drinks, with only one person behind the till. All tables were dirty, we had to our tables before sitting down ourselves. No supervising the area, with older running wild in the toddler area. Yes their parents should be supervising but i personally think there should be overseeing as well. It gets worse every we go. The are vile, look like they've never been cleaned (certainly never been updated from when it was a nightclub) and are inappropriately located on the top floor without quick access for younger children. Lighting is poor and bulbs have not been replaced so it just keeps getting darker. The seating isn't great. The itself is good and has everything that is needed and the is a good level for smaller ones. work hard and do the best they can with what they have got. It needs a proper renovation of the seating and then it will be amazing. We took our 4 year old granddaughter today. lovely and very helpful. The only grip is the food, I ordered a cheese pani but when I got it it was like a slab of concrete, my granddaughters chicken nuggets and chips were ok but the chips could of been cooked a bit more, all I can say is that it was at least hot. We booked to take our 4 year old and 10 month old here today. We walked straight in without being questioned because the are behind the till chatting and didn’t seem to pay attention to security of the place. I think it’s a poor set up that needs addressing. The that is supposed to be for babies/toddlers was filthy, with a broken and extremely dirty bouncer, and various other dirty/sticky items. The larger was also filthy, my socks were black within minutes and there was dirt down every crack. I saw in another review response that this has been subject to a deep and is now cleaned daily but I’d argue this is false or more training needs to be had on cleaning. We were so shocked by the state of the place that we left after about 15/20 minutes and went next door. Another odd thing was that the lighting was so low in there. There is no atmosphere. It’s not an inviting place for or adults and felt more like a social club/bar with a just over the front door. The upstairs were out of order due to being cleaned (unsure why as nothing else had been…) so only the downstairs was in use but even at 10am it was already dirty as if it hadn’t been and grime has just been building up over time. My partner paid £20 and the place is not fit for purpose. We have emailed head office requesting a refund as we would never return after our experience and I would advise others to read reviews before booking! I’m not sure this place should remain open, it seems to need to be closed, get new staff, get deep cleaned and replace everything that is broken and start again. Very unsafe and unhygienic. Really enjoyed this place yesterday! We went on a Monday lunch in term so obviously it wasn’t too busy, and we didn’t book ahead. Lady on the desk was really nice and explained what we needed to know. My is 10 months old and not walking. There is a separate under 3’s that whilst not massive was well equipped and my enjoyed crawling about and pulling up to stand. There’s 2 small slides in this too, a jumper, and some puzzle type toys on the wall, as well as the tunnel and pieces. The is separated with a low wall, so if your babe is a climber just watch they don’t crawl over it straight onto the floor the other side. Overall we really enjoyed this spot. As it wasn’t busy we did venture into the big main frame, and my really enjoyed crawling about here. I don’t have much experience in these places as my is so young, but the frame was huge with so many levels and things to do and my loved it, as were the other in there. If it was busier I may not have taken her in there for fear of her getting squished - but that’s okay as the isn’t specifically designed for young babies. If you’ve got a young you may consider going at an off peak to take advantage of both areas. Whilst we didn’t order, the cafe menu looked really extensive and the seating is really quite large. The were…okay. Definitely showing their age but they were and obviously have a change. I think it’s fairly priced, I paid just over a fiver for me and my and we stayed for about an hour and a half. Overall we really enjoyed and I’ll definitely be coming back! It's really good, really fun. Dirty with no hand wash. Wasps all around the top level of the area. Smelly hallways and dingy to sit at. Cheap though and equipment looks new 🤷🏼‍♂️ My child said " very fun " the two members of on duty were friendly. The venue itself could do with some love, loose wires hanging from the roof, missing fire extinguisher lots of blank notice boards looks a bit of a mess, prices on the TV differ to the prices behind the bar ( which could cause some issues ) overall it's a decent place for but would say the owner needs to take more care of the building. The place admittedly was quite busy, but it seemed very chaotic, running around in the cafe rather than the actual play. Both my boys hurt themselves. Food was ok. I asked my boys if they would go back, they said no My 2 girls love it here and we come often but I’m unsure why an establishment of this size thinks it’s acceptable for a young girl to be on shift completely alone? One person to check people in, serve at the bar, cook the food and run the food to tables is frankly ridiculous. Morgan is wonderful every we go but she was completely let down today and it really impacted our visit. Poor girl was rushed off her feet and it’s absolutely unacceptable to expect one person to cater to the entire venue. I recently visited Jungle Mania Chichester with my toddler and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The toddler was incredibly small, limiting options for little ones. Worse, some of the equipment was dirty and appeared damaged, with repairs seemingly attempted using brown tape – hardly a safe or hygienic solution. Staffing levels were clearly inadequate. There was only one member visible, and no proper check-in system was in place, leading to confusion. I waited an unreasonable amount of for a simple coffee, eventually giving up and leaving without it. The overall cleanliness was shocking. The were absolutely vile, reeking of urine. On top of everything, the entire place was freezing cold, making it an uncomfortable environment for both and adults. Overall, my visit to Jungle Mania Chichester was a huge letdown. I would not recommend this centre based on my experience. Our experience at the playhouse was simply wonderful, and it was all thanks to Kelly, the new manager. She was so kind, attentive, and friendly that we immediately felt at home. It wasn’t just the staff, but the whole environment was perfect – the place was immaculately and well-maintained, which made our visit even more enjoyable. Kelly is a true professional who not only pays attention to the guests' needs but also ensures every little detail is taken care of. The cleanliness and orderliness of the place are clear signs that they prioritize quality and the comfort of their guests. We will definitely be returning because you just don't find this kind of thoughtful, caring service, and such a clean, well-kept venue everywhere. It’s busy but the cleanliness of the site is poor especially in the toilets. The lighting is dim but you can see the grime that has built up over time. The bathrooms need a thorough deep and to be kept on top of. Some of the had some kind of body fluids smeared on them. More changing units needed also, one isn’t enough at busy times. A door mat is also needed at the front door. It’s raining and it will become slippy also makes the floor extra dirty. It was fine but the whole place needs better lighting and cleaning regularly. The site near Reading was also dirty when we visited, again a big issue. I don’t think this place was ever cleaned, so gross. Very VERY dirty! If you’re allergic to dust don’t even try to go in there. Price is shocking for what you get - £14.5 for 1 adult and 1 child. I wouldn’t go back even if it’s free. Avoid! Great place for to go and parents to sit down. The are always friendly and helpful and great with such as Morgan who served us today and made a game out of a bag of crisps for my 4yr old that made him smile. She even earned a crisp from him for the effort which is more than I got. Great place Great prices and always have a good time. We had such a lovely it's the perfect size for my 4 year old and 2 year old I could have a coffee and still see them. The latch to get in was left open and unmanned as I arrived which meant can easily leave the premises. The member of was slow to serve and unclear at what to say on arrival. The seating was far away from the so you cant actually see your playing. It was dark, incredibly hot and dirty. My 3.5 year old came out with a bad scrape and bruising on both arms. When I told a member of she offered an ice pack but said 'ah yeah most dont come out of the spider Web very well' implying it happens regularly. My daughter and nephew asked to leave after 45 minutes because they were too hot and didnt like it. Do not go here, its not worth a penny. Good amount for to do. However the was very unclean. Dirt everywhere, high chairs were not clean. I’d advise parents to bring your own Milton wipes to down surfaces. Staff very kind however due to the centre being very quiet 1-3 I would assume cleaning could take place. My child has a good none the less Had a little birthday party date for my 6 year old. Booked in advanced walked straight in no monitoring this so anyone off the street could have walked in and played with the completely anomalously which is quite worrying. All the equipment was dirty and all the chairs tables and high chairs were filthy it was disgusting. I left very disappointed and explained on an email how terrible our experience was and requested a refund. This request was ignored and I was sent a gift voucher. Ordered some food which came quickly and was very nice. were excellent and extremely helpful, especially Riley, Holly, Lilly and Sophia. Would definitely recommend :) My daughter and her friend, both aged 6, thoroughly enjoyed their after school date at Chichester's Jungle Mania. The best friends played non-stop - jumping, climbing, swinging and sliding - whilst we enjoyed a coffee and catch up, knowing that the girls were having a wonderful in a safe and secure environment. I wanted to raise a complaint about the state of the ladies toilets, which were filthy and disgusting. I have had no response from management since raising my complaint over a week ago so have no choice but to write a negative review. I took my 3 year old to the toilet and every cubicle we tried to go in was covered in faeces and stains and the whole smelt disgusting. I am really disappointed as someone who takes her to plays regularly this has to be the worst I have ever experienced and based on this alone we would not return until the issue was addressed. You expect high standards of cleanliness when you take your to a centre and especially somewhere where they are playing it made me feel like the place as a whole is not cleaned to a good enough standard. I hope you will address my concerns as a matter of priority as I don’t think anyone taking their to you to should have to let their go to the toilet or somewhere which takes such little pride in their facilities. the fact that this venue serves food aswell is very concerning as I would not trust the hygiene to be up to a suitable standard based on the and cleanliness of the venue. Had a birthday party there Saturday for my 4 year old. Very reasonable, nice long session, nothing felt rushed. Manager Kelly was excellent on the day and handled everything - allergies, lunch prep, cutting cake up, knife and lighter provided - everything was done so was very easy to just enjoy the party. The place has a new manager who has been working really hard to make sure the place is and safe for the children. All the have been deep cleaned, downstairs sitting is really tidy and presentable and the bar looks lovely. The itself is really good for and they have a separate for babies. It's a really lovely for to let off some steam and we will continue to go back. We bought a membership which works out very cheap and we can go every day if we wish.
