We paid 50 euros for 2 Shishas and the staff then tried to charge us an additional 10 euros for 3 pieces of charcoal. Charcoal pieces cost around 10 cents each. When challenged, The staff members explained that this was company policy but I doubt that this is true. We were also overcharged by 3 euros for 2 beers and a cocktail. I have been visiting this area of Spain for 20 years and never experienced this type of behaviour in bars or restaurants. This experience at Ohana bar is not representative of the high quality of customer service of this area. Best to avoid places that lack integrity and who try to scam customers so I will not be returning to this place. Recommend that you find one of the many other places to spend your time and money. Terrible place. I liked the place. It had a nice atmosphere. But I only spend here 20 minutes or so, so I have to come again to enjoy it better. Stick to bottled drinks, ambience is nice at night but cocktails could improve a lot, mine were a huge miss. Servers rude and take more than 20 minutes to even ask for our order. Sofia and Robin, very friendly, top cocktails and keeping the good vibes up, will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu!
