It may be a bit on the short side, but it has the basics of an ammusment arcade, shop and refreshments. Probably the smallest in the world? Falling apart somewhat and wooden planks coming up, other than that it’s to be able to walk above the ocean if only for a little bit. The games inside are a little lacking and dated but it’s part of the sea side charm I suppose. Spent a few hours in Bognor walking the dogs along the promonade which is a walk. is shingle and the weather was warm but windy. Had fish and chips as you do when visiting the beach. All in all a day. Not a pier. Very short and with not much to see or do. Has a decent amusements inside of the building at least. Had to pay £2 to walk along it. The rides on the are old and unexciting the price of the rides are very expensive. The arcades are mediocre. Half the attractions were not open. But the ice cream as you just walk on are very and at a good price. A little dated and in need of a paint but there's enough for kids to do with an arcade area and when the weather's good it's a very pleasant place to be. I haven't been to Bognor before. Lovely sunny day in November so decided to pop down for a look about. I was very impressed, plenty of parking nearby and lots of games to play on, took me straight back to my childhood. The was and clean and the staff were very friendly. HIDDEN GEM A MUST GO PLACE!!! We had the to our selves beautiful sandy the sea was clean no horrid smell. When you first get there you will enter a open air carpark, There is a paying machine which you can pay by using your app card or cash roughly £10 for the whole day cash payers take plenty pound coins , Carpark is located right opposite the they have toilet facilities at the carpark not condition but ok. When you cross the road on to the coast path you will enter a pebble at first which turns into a beatiful sandy beach. The sea is aqua and blue and clean . When you sit in the sea you can see the fishes swimming in groups its so beautiful. THIS IS WHY I SAID HIDDEN GEM!!! This is a retirement location so a lot of old age pensioners around how ever new families have started to build up the area! Not much around due to this, The peir is empty only 1 amusement center 1 cocktail stand 1 ice cream store 1 souvenir store with ROCK! yeahhhh. I was unlucky to get souvenirs as the store closed so early by 6pm on a Saturday!!!so as we where leaving was abit disappointed...The Council need to up there game to bring this location back to LIFE PLEASE!!! SUCH A HIDDEN BEAUTY AND NO BUSINESS....REOPEN YOUR AND BRING IT BACK TO LIFE WITH SOME ENTERTAINMENT, COMEDY SHOWS, PHANTOM, DANCING ROOMS OPEN CINEMA etc ... JUST LIKE THE OLD DAYS!!!! UPDATE YOUR HOTEL'S AND STAY ! CREAT NEW JOB'S FOR THE COMMUNITY AND CAREER OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE YOUNG I'M DEFINITELY GOING BACK AND HOPE YOU ALL DO TOO.... PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU LIKE THE INFO I HAVE PROVIDED???? Bognor itself is pretty basic and feels quite run-down. The section that extends further out into the sea is barricaded off with metal fencing and marked with “Danger – Do Not Cross” signs, so essentially half the is blocked off. There were a few people fishing off the accessible part, and the view of the stone beaches was still quite nice. The real highlight was the arcade. It was busy but fun, and the 2p machines kept my nephew entertained for quite a while—we ended up spending nearly two hours in there. Some machines had minor issues, but staff were quick to sort them out, which was great. A few machines weren’t stocked with tickets, which was a bit of a letdown for my 12-year-old, who was excited to collect rewards from the games he played. There were lots of tickets to be won, and the prize counter had a decent selection. The girl working there was friendly and helpful. It was also convenient that you didn’t need to bring cash—there are machines that let you tap your bank card and get pound coins for the games. All in all, it’s not the most impressive pier, but the arcade made up for it. It was a fun way to kill a few hours, and most importantly, my nephew had a time (and I enjoyed a few games too!). Expected the usual hustle and bustle for a seaside town but was pleasantly surprised to find it quiet and peaceful, really enjoyed my whole experience of being at this resort. Nothing much to say, breezed in during the off season. It seems like any other in a UK sea side town. A bit small and quiet. The sea looked lovely though. What an absolute disappointment. Never been to a more depressing seaside town. Walked along the coast from Pagham to Bognor and wished I never wasted my energy. We arrived about 6 in the evening and everywhere was deserted like a ghost town. The town center was full of undesirables . Nowhere decent to eat. There was just no life here at all. You couldn’t pay me to come back here. Gave it one star out of generosity. Other than Butlins there really isn't much to do. The arcades on the were fun but far too busy it was difficult to get around the building. The was clean and no problems parking. Bognor is a charming slice of classic seaside nostalgia. Although smaller than some piers, it’s got a lovely, relaxed atmosphere with views along the coast. It’s a spot for a stroll with the sound of the sea and fresh salty air. The amusements nearby add a bit of fun, and it’s close to plenty of cafes and ice cream shops. It could benefit from a bit more upkeep and investment, but it’s still a lovely place to visit when you’re in Bognor Regis. I came down to the music festival and I was able to go upstairs to watch one of the acts. I really liked all the old plasterwork and the dome ceiling in the large room. It was to see the old building put to good use for the benefit of the local community. I really enjoyed my visit. Really place. Nostalgic for me so even more special.
