Like walking my dog here sometimes for a change. Nice place. Clam and quit It's a beautiful community area. Skate and children's play area. Popular with joggers and dog walkers. Lovely and field and great for kids on their bikes as the trail goes right around 😁 so they can get riding bikes to their hearts content 😉 ow and pick the pine cones and take home ready to paint ☺️🤣 The is very good ,caters for all ages ,has a smaller for toddlers on one side then for bigger ,we spend hours here😁 Great skate and little ones but really needs some zip slides and alike for the slightly older children. No parking and no TOILET Like many of the Skate Parks in the it desperately needs painting. And the Abbey manor hangers at night should stop throwing glass everywhere. Children play here and dogs sometimes walk across! Well kept open space with a skate park, sports court and toddler playground. Used for dog walking, running clubs and a meeting point after school Lovely skatepark for every day nearest from home just 5min walk good for babies and for adult run 🛹 Abbey Manor Skate 🛹 This is an average where you will find one fairly narrow mini ramp about 6 feet deep. This skatepark has got a rubbery black coat on but it still make a lot of noise when you ride it. You will not do a lot grinding here there is only one grinding box which is okay, you can do some tricks on the coping or some air tricks. 📸 Girmons Productions 🎥 Could really do with an upgrade and better maintenance. More lighting, especially the skate area. Bins are being removed rather than replaced when damaged, which cctv would help with- its also why there is so much rubbish. Ramps are due an upgrade, rusting, dips and puddles collecting on them making them uneven and dangerous, and the transitions from ramp to the ground are not smooth. The Kids could do with a few more equipment bits to play on too. Lovely small local to us, kids love playing there as normally quiet and is enclosed. I live within walking distance of this park. The whole has something for everyone. I regularly take my dog around the park, she loves it especially chasing after her ball. This is a magnet for dog walkers all of whom are very friendly. The itself is great for the kids. It also has a skate for the older ones which appears to be well used by them.
