Nice place for a large event with many people (hundred's). A little bit out of your way, so you will need to go by car, public bus or organize busses as a shuttle service. The riding hall had the perfect ambience for it. To the riding hall we walked on snowy roads among snow-covered large trees in the beautiful park that surrounds the riding hall. The riding hall is one of Basel's gems. A lovely event venue, formally a horse riding hall. Surrounded by a beautiful park and grounds. Stage area with two side rooms. Attached is the bisro / restaurant. The hall's large kitchen is well planned with a lift for deliveries. There is also a main house for events. Beautiful wedding setting. But parking is a fair walk away. If you attend a night function, take your coat in with you.
