Man kann sich gut verweilen, das Personal ist grundsätzlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es hat gratis Wasser, Snacks wie Pizzas oder Flammkuchen, Slushed Ice (ohne Zucker) und viele kleine Snacks, Kaffee, Getränke etc. Gut finde ich auch die kostenlosen Schliessfächer wo man Wertsachen oder Kleinzeug wie Schlüssel/Handy verstauen kann, damit sie nicht verloren gehen 👍🏼 Die letzten paar Male , wir waren zwischen Januar und Februar etwa 5x da, wochentags und auch am Wochenende, empfanden wir das Personal als unmotiviert und etwas unhöflich. Teilweise musste man an der Kasse warten, weil sie gerade in Gesprächen vertieft waren… Was auch sehr schade ist, dass es die beiden letzten Male , wenn wir in der hinteren Halle an die Kletterelemente wollten hiess, es habe zu wenig Personal und um 17.00 Uhr schliesse der Kletterpark hinten. Dazu konnte ich nirgends eine Info finden. Die Enttäuschung bei unserem Sohn war sehr gross, da wir extra dafür gekommen waren und um 16.00 m Sonntag kamen und um ca. 16.30 danach gefragt hatten. Nun wir bezahlen den vollen Preis und würden dafür gerne alles nutzen können bis zum Ende der Öffnungszeit. Wir als Kundschaft können nichts dafür, wenn zu wenig Personal eingeplant wird, insbesondere an Wochenenden, wo Familien gerne die Jumpfactory besuchen. Dies ist gerade in den Wintermonaten ja voraussehbar. Ansonsten können wir die Jumpfactory sehr empfehlen, es macht Gross und Klein Spass. Es ist empfehlenswert an regnerischen Tagen oder in den Weekends im Winter online zu buchen, ansonsten riskiert man, vergebens anzureisen, da alle Zeitfenster schon ausgebucht sind.
