Really good soft play. Food is good, reasonably priced, very clean and lots for the to do. The are all great, very helpful and friendly. The first time my little boy came here he was a bit over whelmed as it was new to him, and a really nice member went around with him for about 20 minutes to get him settled. People are quick to complain but not so quick to give thanks. So thanks for a lovely morning today team of 3 on such a busy day. Had my daughter’s here today and couldn’t fault a single thing. Our host was amazing and so understanding with my daughter who was a little overwhelmed! My daughter ended up having the most amazing time and had so much fun! ALL the loved the foam after the disco! Would highly recommend! All the on duty today were so helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble! My love it here food is good and the are great too :) Wizz saved the day! We had a birthday booked for my 3 year old in November since June with an exotics zoo and the day before his they call to cancel it :'(, one phone call to Wizz explaining my predicament and they help me organize a full at the same time and same date with food fitting dietary requirements and activities going out there way to ensure I don't have a disappointed birthday boy or guests. Honestly this team are phenomenal in supporting a parent in need so thankyou Wizz you truly showed care and kindness and the was a real hit, all the guests loved it and birthday boy was over the moon. Thankyou Team! Not a great experience today, were told twice to get out of the football part by a member of because it was only allowed for the attending the party. As a paying customer why should it only be for the kids?! Most of the machines don't work and just swallow your pound coins. Food was awful. Burnt pizza and a cheese burger that just had a slab of cheddar on top and not even melted. Women at the till to order the food looked like she'd had enough. Couldn't of been more unfriendly if she tried. 100% won't be going again.
