Well worth a visit, plenty of tasty goodies to choose from 👍 Lester’s Farm offers a charming mix of fresh local produce, homemade treats, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The fruit, vegetables, and bakery items are praised for their quality, and the on-site café, Susan’s Coffee Shop, serves hearty breakfasts and cakes in a cosy setting. Staff are friendly and the garden section adds a nice touch for plant lovers. Lovely little farm , the staff are great and very helpful The produce is phenomenal!!!! An excellent choice of quality foods on sale here. The restaurant is well worth a visit too. I had a baked potato with bacon chicken & mayo it came with a very nice side salad. Well worth a visit. I go here a lot for lunch with my gran and we always enjoy it. Service is excellent and the food is really fresh abd tasty. I recommend the luxury coffee frappe and a coronation chicken butty. There's also a small place to buy plants and a greengrocers on site with local produce. Called in this afternoon for tea and cake while on a journey back from Wales. Staff friendly, really lovely toilets and a nice farm shop. All good so far! We ordered two teas, a scone and a piece of lotus cake. Drinks were fine but the scone was really dry (either way over baked or several days old). Same problem with the lotus cake, it was dry and the two biscuits on top were soft. Not very nice to be honest. Saw other customers having sandwiches, which looked delicious though. Overall quite disappointed with our visit. Love it here, always busy, best to book for lunch. Food fantastic, service with a smile every time. Carpark a bit rugged Clean and tidy place. Food is of a good quality and tastes better than supermarket fruit and veg. The staff are always helpful and lovely. Great range of choice. So I bought a few things from here. And the next day I used the veg and fruit. And apart from the ones shown in the photos I bought cauliflower that was very rubbery, the cucumber was also rubbery and watery. I had been once before and the veg wasn't too good. But I thought it was a one off. Unfortunately not. The only other thing was painted on the wall behind the till, is support our farmers. Yet a majority of the fruit and veg isn't from the UK. I did email them directly but no response. Sorry Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend here at all. Very poor quality fruit and veg I came here for my work experience, end enjoyed it so much! The staff are all so friendly and helpful whether you are a customer or not, and the selection of products is great with a lovely cafe! You can bring you DVDs and books and then swap them for what others have brought in. 5⭐️ Staff pleasant. That's the one star explained. All we ordered were two small breakfasts. Told it would be 1/2 hour. Well 30 minutes later, nothing. Then told 10 minutes more. To cut a long story short hour and 15 minutes later we took a refund and left. Make of it what you will. Very poor show. Disappointing. Delicious cooked breakfast. Good quality bacon and sausage and a perfectly cooked egg. My son had the eggs Benedict with bacon and he said he would highly recommend. Nice little walk around the farm and the teens enjoyed seeing the animals. Friendly helpful staff also easy parking and a nice to go around not all cluttered together plenty of space Farm is lovely and friendly staff. However took my daughter for a milkshake in the cafe and they wanted £5.95😱. Absolute disgrace. Dont know how they can justify that for a milkshake. Shocking so we walked out and the cafe lost a customer. Ill still be going to the farm though.
