I took the kids here for something different to do and we all had a couple hours being immersed in high quality VR, something I hadn't used before! The initial impression on approach isn't particularly impressive, it's a working farm area and the game building is a medium sized room. Parking is limited, enough for 2 vehicles. When we arrived, the host greeted us and invited us into a darkened, room with a sofa and several headsets around. He gave us a brief run down, before guiding us, (well me, kids knew it all already, lol), through the basics. Once I'd put the headset on and adjusted the fit, the training program started and quite literally my jaw dropped!! From then on, absolutely flew by. There is a decent selection of games, from Angry Birds to Among Us, Zombie survival to outer space. Definitely something for everyone. All in all, I would 100pct suggest you book more than 1 hour as its easy to just get into the games. Though we didn't play the multi player ones, we all had a blast and would definitely go back again! Amazing! I took my 9 y.o. who has autism, he loved it. They have a massive library of VR games/experiences for children and also physical props to enhance the experience! The best part was the service and friendliness of the staff. The young man who took care of us 'Will' was just superb. He was patient, kind and really made an effort to make sure that my son had a time! Had a hour with my daughter, friendly informative 'host'. Clear instructions and fun. Only issue is an hour is just not long enough but works out pricey because there was only the 2 of us. Book up to 6 people, share the cost, definitely do 2 hours. *Try the multi player mini golf!!! Thank you so much for giving my son an awesome party with his friends today. It was really well set out and you were really with the lads and me when I got to have a go. Will definitely hopefully come again some time! A group of five of us did this as a fun activity and had an amazing time. The guy hosting us was so friendly and helpful. I highly as an wholesome activity which is a bit different. They were 15 mins late to our appointment. We were left standing outside. I was expecting to receive some extra playtime as a result but they only added the 15 mins they had been late on to the end. When it’s as expensive as it is, I felt let down by the lack of apology. The VR setup itself is really good and they had a good selection of games. Went along with my family and a friend and his children. They loved it and I've got to agree, selection of including a few multiplayer. The kids want to go back and I'm more than happy to take them! No one felt ill from using the headsets, even though we booked a 2 hour session and my wife had never tried VR before. Comfortable to wear too! An absolutely fantastic place, we came here for my sons 14th and just cannot fault it. I have never done VR before but quickly picked it up...suitable for all ages. Super friendly welcome and really lovely staff member who was so and patient. Loads of brilliant to choose from. Would defo 2 hours as the flies! If you are considering coming here, do it....its been the most fun day out we've had in a LONG time.will defo be back. This place is absolutely awesome, I had my sons 9th last year and all the kids had so much fun my son wanted his 10th there again, which we did and again they had a blast, now my other son is having his 9th party here also, big shout out to the staff they are very helpful, and accommodating, I would highly this place 👍 Just back from a fab hours intro session into VR, for my daughters birthday. What a ride! It is so incredibly immersive, that I could quite easily get addicted! Walk the plank....I could feel my heart beating out of my chest! If you haven't tried VR...do it! We all LOVEd it! My 11 year old boy had his party at VRVE. All boys loved the and on way back my son was asking if we can do it again. Zach was really friendly and helpful, whenever one of the boys struggled with setting up a game, he was straight there helping them. We will be definitely coming back, thank you VRVE for making my son's so special :) Absolutely brilliant for the six of us. Rallied around last minute to accommodate us at short notice and was really throughout our session. Highly this to any age or group of person.
