Great mattress and a unit and manchester with a good shower. A couple of hundred metres to the pub and a little further to the bakery, for good meals. We'd certainly stay again! A nice place, clean, everything I needed. Then the manager opened my door and was about to come inside, forgetting I had just rented the room! He apologised of course, but creepy. Kept the chain lock on after that 😏 It is a typical 3-star accommodation. It had good size and provided a clean, comfortable night for me. Situated near the hotel, bakery and cafe for meals. Easy parking access. We were in a budget and it was really lovely. Nice and spacious. Very clean. There is a fridge, microwave, toaster and tea/coffee and those yummy biscuits. A big TV that we could watch You Tube on. Great check in and close to the Goomeri Hotel for dinner. And dont forget to sample the delicacies as Goomeri Baker - soo yummy The Motel was easy to access, convenient and had car accommodations, the office was easy to locate and it was no trouble to answer any questions, the was and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked and so did the fans. The had extra pillows and blankets. The fridge was cold and they supplied a good amount of milk to allow us to make coffee for our entire stay. The was conveniently located so we could walk a short distance to the centre of town. We could access, the pub, the bakery and all the town amenities without taking the car out. We even walked to the show grounds to see the rodeo. The Pumpkin festival was brilliant and entirely within walking distance. The concert at the centre stage on Saturday night was fabulous. We had the best time. We stayed at Goomeri Motel before a tour of the Cherbourg Ration Shed Museum. The rooms were a good size, very and the beds were extremely comfortable. The owner was friendly but not intrusive and the town itself was great. Goomeri bakery is fabulous with an incredible range of pastries. Goomeri hotel did a great dinner. Just what we needed for a quick overnight stay while on a road trip. Clean, tidy and a family that fit us all in. Very comfortable room. I lost my key (temporarily) and had to request a replacement after the office had closed for the day. Had no trouble getting a replacement key out of hours. Very easy to get on with.
