Great little town resource. Nice and accessible. However, there is very limited parking and this is mainly next to a busy road so either walk or bike it with the kids. Some dog walkers but they generally clean up after their little dears have emptied themselves. Little footy area at the far end so good for a kid about. Lovely for littleuns. Nice little This is located in a lovely part of driffield set in a lovely grassed area with beautiful trees offering shade if needed great variety of playground activities from tots to teens including area suitable for ball games ect, plenty of seating and located close to toilet facilities easy parking in surrounding streets Safe place for children to but not a great choice of activities to do. New swings have been put in which is nice. Currently its undergoing a renovation so some of the is blocked off, hopefully there will be more to do when they finish Kids love this on a Wednesday before swimming. Good place for a and probably a picnic. I have just been looking at some posted photos, and I've never walked around the park, just visited the park. I didn't know it was so big, with the walk and river. So will do this next visit. Public toilets just near nearby tend to be kept clean and tidy and are a bonus. Enjoy our summer visits. There's upgrades going on at the moment, so can't wait for the children to see it when the new roundabout goes in. Looks like there may be a zip line too which will make this first choice every time. Lovely place to walk the dog or to take younger kids to in the area. Its a shame there's so much litter but that's down to the teens that hang around after school. They try to seem 'cool' and 'edgy' when in fact they just look like hooligans, and can make the whole area feel unsafe. Lovely open space in Driffield, short walk from town centre. Open green spaces for picnics and ball games, separated, well equipped and maintained playground. Small amount of litter around despite plenty of bins provided 🙄.
