Went here for dinner, was seated quickly, food menu was and fairly priced. Food arrived quickly and was very nice, I got the margherita pizza, small nachos (quite a lot for small), stuffed jalapenos and the other half had fajita (pulled pork) there was too much food! But :) it did get busy which means orders and the wait staff took longer but that's to be expected when busy :) The menu and food is amazing, better than any Italian (or Mexican) restaurant i have visited in the last 5 years. The location and venue is very good. Its dog friendly too!! Saturday 1pm it deserves to be busy, hundreds of people walking by, looking in. Only 3 tables in (all reserved). I saw 2 parties walk in sit down and walk out after 10mins because restaurant had 1 member of staff front of house covering the bar and waitressing (who were busy) so they did not receive any welcome or table ordering service, or presence to order at the bar. Update, on visit 3 now and service has improved!! We called in for something to eat when staying over in Hornsea. We won't be back. The atmosphere was of thst eating in a rowdy pub. The service was non existent unless you asked for it (getting up or shouting them over) and the food was so very mediocre. The food either came out cold, burnt, not as we asked for it or with zero flavour. Left a bad impression at the end when we went to change the kid in the disabled toilet where there was a cupboard open then was like a mini basement with mops etc the kid ran straight at, and the fact there was no hand drying facilities. When pointed out to the manager about everything we were given a sorry and thst "ooh you're right theres no hand drying in there". Called in last night while on holiday in Hornsea. Hadn't booked a table but we were welcomed and shown to one straight away. We had nacho sharer plus two pizzas and everything was beautifully cooked and so tasty. Along with a bottle of house red wine and that was really too...would definitely recommend.... Took my friend for a bottomless brunch to celebrate her birthday, it was brilliant. There was a choice on the brunch menu even for me, as I'm gluten free. The service was excellent we were given a prosecco on arrival and our first drink order was taken quickly. A nice choice of cocktails.🍸 The drinks kept coming every time we finished one! The food arrived promptly and was delicious? A great way to spend the afternoon and really value? It was so I've booked to go again with another group of friends.😄 As a new employee in a nearby depot, my new colleagues showed me a tempting photo of their lunch from this hidden gem. Intrigued, I visited the next day. The serene atmosphere, thanks to its seclusion, was perfect for a peaceful meal. I enjoyed the outdoor seating on a warm 28-degree Celsius day. The loaded chips were not only presented beautifully but also burst with flavor, exceeding my expectations. I'm excited to return and explore more of their delicious offerings. This place is a must-visit for anyone looking for great food in a tranquil setting! Absolutely incredible place. The food is always 10/10 and their cocktails are delicious! Would definitely recommend Went here on January 1st 2025, the food was lovely and the waitress was great so we decided to go back . Unfortunately it wasn’t as as the first time. I ordered a cafe latte for my wife and it was too milky so my wife decided to ask for another .,Waitres said i will give you another shot for free of charge .while she was making it she was on her phone.! The food was very bland, a lot of it but very bland., it needed more flavour unfortunately. It is a shame that the food was not as as the first time.
