Superb and from here, we visit every other week to get the pensioners F&C's. Very good quality and cooked to perfection. Even when busy the quality is good. Had a late afternoon visit to Hornsea with friends on the bikes so we had our usual treat of sausage and gravy .. yummy as always. We had the meal deal ..sausage and and drink for £3.. great deal and worth every penny . Sat eating our tea with a view of the sea and our bikes .chilled out with friends ...priceless ...well it was when we went back for our ice creams to the chippy kiosk. X best value double Mr whippy with double flake ...£2.. never seen it so cheap for a seaside place . X Fantastic place for and chips. I had sausage and and it was amazing. Lovely and fresh and hot. Ladies were lovely inside and the que was short. is cooked fresh and the shandy was a sweet liytle touch. Prices were fair, will defo come again. 8.8/10 The home made fishcake was lovely, but a little greasy for me, the service was excellent though So fried haggis? Deep fried black pudding? Yes! Makes a change to be offers something different. You will know from my previous posts that I love haggis. This and the were exceptional! 10/10! By far the best shop in hornsea. Fast efficient service, friendly staff. The food was delicious and fresh. Definitely worth a visit. Disappointed, lady serving was rude, i was told quite abruptly to go wait by the door and i was lucky not to have to wait outside!! there was only me in the shop!! this is obviously a ploy so she can throw the food in the bag unseen. The lid wasn't on the peas so they leaked out. The were lukewarm warm but the was good and hot. Very nice & Chip shop, with adjoined Ice-cream counter, (always handy), They also do an OAP special and child's menu, there are steps up to the counter, but also a sign saying Ask for assistance if needed, been a few times, nice staff, recommend. Always a winner! highly recommend the pensioners portion ,always cooked fresh ,just enough for lunch,fish to die for😋 Had lovely ‘Pensioners & Chips’. Only £5.95 per portion. Good size portion if you’re not into a whale and a ton of chips. Excellent sea front chippy East coast motorbike ride, pit stop for lunch. Perfect portion of & chips, comes with great views. Only called in for a take-away lunch but was very enjoyable and good quality. Best and and the area but that's my personal opinion and is a treat and usually ordered after a the day at the seaside. These were amazing! Hot, tasty with just the right balance of nicely fried and tasty, golden batter; were great too! They have a good variety including pensioner specials.cheap but excellent quality.
