We cannot confirm reports about the service: we arrived yesterday evening shortly after 9 pm and enjoyed a very friendly and nice service. We had salted galettes and as a desert also some sweet crepes and both was very tasty. Everybody was very satisfied. It’s not cheap but reasonably priced. We would come again. location, great atmosphere, good. The chicken with white cream sauce with asparagus and rice excellent, escargot excellent, the flambé Grand Marnier crepe and Chantilly chocolate crepe again excellent. All very good, young staff also to see. Recommend when in Vichy. Very as always. There is plenty of choice, is quick and quality of food is good. Perhaps for they could think on refreshing the 90s deco or having a bit more of space in between tables or doing a little extra with the menu But not being picky...here you will enjoy a simple but food! Unpretentious and reasonably priced, with food and jovial service. The crowd is largely local, which speaks volumes in a place like Vichy. My favorite savory crêpe is the Bergère, with goat cheese and ham. Wash it down with a cup of cider. Leave happy. Food is bad and is horrible , they saw we are asians and their attitude and were both terrible. We have waited one hour for our food and we were patient but they came to our table and told one of us the food we ordered can’t be served. Then we kept waiting and they served everyone else in the restaurant even though some of them they came way later than us. The other french customers finished their appetiser , main dish and dessert but our food was still not there. At last, our food finally arrived but our steak is either overcooked or raw , we ordered medium and it tasted horrible. The and attitude is poor and as well as their dishes, maybe if you’re french you would enjoy their and food. But if you’re not , totally do not recommend. Why pay them so much and getting this kind of horrible and food? We’ve eaten way better french cuisine and the experience in this restaurant is just annoying and unpleasant. Also each of us spent more than 20 euros and it’s not worth it at all. Very poor and people there are racist. Never go there again cuz I waited for the food for more than 1 hour and other people’s food has already been served. They won’t allow us to complain about anything and were very rude and disrespectful. The food was of very poor quality: some of the beef were raw while others were too fully cooked and the beef was roasted (not edible). I had never visited such kind of restaurant before and the just a small serving of fries and beef costed me 21 euros- a complete waste of time and money. Don’t know why some people still post positive comments about this restaurant :( Not worth going there!!!
