A few places seem to be permanently closed, but there are enough meets, pastries, breads, fresh produce etc. Loved going back to the I used to go with my father when he owned a hotel in Vichy. The has been gentrified but the atmosphere is still there. If not as big or with many options as other markets, it is a nice place to get produce. Lovely place with a bunch of producers as well! Even cheese producers ^^ Nice indoor market, fresh produce, meats, cheeses, fish, charcuterie etc This indoor has been a main stay of Vichy for decades I arrived when the shops were about to close, and although there were very few customers, most of the shops were still open. I was a bit disappointed as there were fewer shops than I had expected. However, I tried some Asian food which was delicious and very affordable! I can't speak for the other shops, but the Asian traiteur is highly recommended. I also bought a slice of cheesecake from the fromagerie, and it was very good too.
