I put minus 5 stars... It's once gym in city, and when someone wants come just in gym for training, everything that can you help this gym, that take from you a lot of money! If you want come just in gym you need pay for gym, fitness lessons, swimming 36£/months and also if you are new client you need pay 30£ for joining... So persons, which want come just in gym need pay for first month 64£ and later paying every month 36£ just for using gym... Is unbelievable... In Livingston is new big, modern gym and you need pay just 18.99£ and also later you have discount for 2 month, you can pay 13.99£, but XCITE in Broxburn think that people needs pay for everything just for using gym, it's terrible!!! You need help your clients not to do everything opposite for them! The venue is nice, clean and quiet but the management rules are really wrong....I'm coming usually on Sunday morning for cycle class and sometimes i would like to stay longer for an extra miles, off course on my own risk. Today i've inform the instructor that I'll stay longer after we finish the cycle class and than the management kick me off because i'm not allowed to stay alone in the spinning room without instructor...... Xcite Broxburn you supposed to encourage people to be more active not to kick them off of the exercise.....I'm very disappointed and i'm gonna cancel my premium membership. Thank you !!!
