Bellissima, atmosfera quasi di mare, spiaggia ampia e pulita. C'è un locale che fa anche pizza. Bellissimo inoltre il lungolago ed è facile trovare parcheggio, bianco con o senza disco orario. Classica spiaggetta di lago, in ordine, tutto sommato curata. Spiaggia di ghiaia, ovviamente, di medie dimensioni, classico odore dell'acqua di lago (un po' stagnante ovviamente), diciamo che è accettabile per chi vorrebbe andare al mare ma non può. Non ha ovviamente servizi, il parcheggio nei weekend è difficile trovarlo, diversi bar e ristoranti per dissetarsi e mangiare. Con molti monumenti dedicati e una bella chiesetta, un posto tutto d ascoprire Spiaggia libera, metà prato, metà sassolini. Non noleggiano ombrelloni, sdraio ecc. conviene portarseli da casa se si vuole stare comodi. È presente un bar e il wc. An sich schöner, kleiner Strand. Man hat im Wasser 3 Betonwände gezogen, so daß es einen Bereich für Kleinkinder, einen für Kinder/Nichtschwimmer gibt und einen für Schwimmer (den See 😀). Man kann im Schatten oder in der Sonne liegen. Schade: überall liegt Treibholz (ganze Bäume), das sollte die Stadt mal wegräumen Top! Kleine Abstriche wegen wenig Schatten (wenn viel Betrieb ist), ansonsten gute Ecke zum Baden mit tollem Ausblick. Eine kleine "Strandbar" ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Nice Beach for families. Dogs are not allowed BUT if you are able to split up your family you can stay at the bar with the dog at your side. The locals have the nerve to call it "the most kids friendly beach on the Verbania shore". And guess what, the German and Dutch tourists are guilty of the dirty beaches according to people here. The city council doesn't do a thing because the Germans like the wilderness, so the situation will not change soon in Verbania.
