We based ourselves here in our motorhome. It was central for a lot. However, Bridge of Alan is stupidly expensive & way overpriced. you hard to look hard for value. We were at Stirling and District Classic Car Show. The venue is basically a field so not much to say about it. The organisers are the ones who make it work. In this case it was well organised with plenty of amenities and loads of cars. My main gripe is where its located makes it very difficult to get in as there can be very long queues with cars backing up. This is due to the fact that it's in a housing estate with all roads converging into one. Great time was had by all....from age 8 to 74!! ABBA band kept the momentum going while the bonfire got going. Fireworks were spectacular. Parking is on street so be prepared to walk. Great classic car show so much to see and in perfect Scottish weather, just had to have a second ice cream 🍦 Went there for classic car show. Very enjoyable. Good access to park within suburban area. Well maintained ground with lots of space for activities. Plenty of quality places to eat and drink nearby. Visited attending the Stirling classic car show, highly recommended place to visit The Strathallan meeting in August each year is something everyone should experience. Highland 2019 was a great experience for someone who has never seen a Highland games. Lots of events to entertain the whole family. Great day out at a reasonable price One day at the highland - an experience we will never forget! Traditional food, great and a very peaceful atmosphere. Love it! Went for the Bridge of Allan Highland - great location, plenty of free parking on the nearby fields (I suspect that was just for the though), and a very well maintained field. Stirling Classic Car Show. Excellent event with a huge variety of cars on display. Bridge of allan classic car show is held here annually and its well worth the 5 pounds entry fee Brilliant firework display, kids had a great time, all safety precautions were observed and every one I spoke with had a great time.
