I particularly enjoyed the full breakfast, which was bursting with flavor, especially the black pudding and haggis. As a delightful treat, I indulged in a scoop of vanilla ice cream, which truly brightened my day. Fabulous and farm shop, definitely a place to head to for or lunch. Wide ranging choice of all manner of items to suit all tastes. The attached sold wonderful home made pies, pasties, ready meals and much more. I ordered the poached eggs with avocado on toast from the special menu, but when my food arrived, I was failing to see what justified an extra £5 over the normal poached eggs on toast. An extra £1-£2 over would be justified, but £5 is a little extortionate. I'd at least have expected two slices of toast with an egg on each, not just one slice. My gf had the eggs benedict and hers came on two muffins. It's really put me off wanting to come back now. Amazing food and coffee. Friendly and helpful staff. They brought a bowl of water to my dog once they saw my dog and offered her a treat.
