The service at reception isn't very friendly, it's almost robotic. People reserve their chairs all day with their towels and there's nowhere to sit, and I went on a weekday. The chairs that were unoccupied had bird poo on them. But the most incredible thing is that in a place with saunas, where people sweat and lose a lot of liquid, water is not offered as a courtesy, you have to buy mineral water. I've been to many places like this around the world and this is the first one where I can't find any water stations to rehydrate. In short, the place is very beautiful, but there's a lack of attention on those details. We loved our Spa & Day and stayed for the entire opening time on a Saturday. Starting with breakfast and finishing with a cocktail, coffee and Cake+ beautiful dinner and many visits to various and the pool in between! All in our bathrobes and flip flops! Plenty of deck chairs at the lake, beautiful rest rooms, the attraction was the theater though, I've never seen anything like this and I'm sure nobody back home in Ireland will believe me because I've no photographic evidence!!!:D Will return! Been here many times. Always very nice and relaxing. The are great and there is plenty of room to relax. Spend two days here with one night in a nearby hotel. The spa is the best in Brandenburg: overlooks the lake, has wildlife, outdoor made with wood and stone, great aufguss treatments - and a restaurant which is quite nice… however… If you’re staying overnight, then the review takes a turn. There’s no WiFi, no towels, and unlike the Google ad here: the breakfast is not free (although the views of the lake are magnificent) Lovely spa, calm atmosphere, nice people. There are sometimes special events and shows in the sauna, but there are many calmer areas available, where you can relax. There are many to choose from and so far it didn't feel overcrowded for me, but it also depends if you go to the dedicated rituals, as those tend to get more full as everywhere. nice facilities and lots of spaces to go hang out in. My favorite was the 120 Celsius and the Abend Raum with many beds to nap in. Beautiful outdoor area. Only thing is the music in some of the was a bit off putting, but didn’t bother me so much. Was worth the price, even though it’s expensive. I went for the after work deal. The are nice but the staff have difficulty speaking English and the service at the restaurant was terrible. The food and drinks were good but during my multi-day stay every time I went to the restaurant I was ignored by the staff and would have to walk up to the bar while other customers were seen at their tables. The restaurant staff seemed totally uninterested in my needs when I would approach them. I didn’t hear English spoken by any other guests during my stay so I assume I was the only foreigner there. Perhaps they just don’t like foreigners and would rather ignore them than speak English? We went to Saun satama from Poland. The initial impression upon entering the town suggested it was just a "bigger in someone's backyard," but fortunately, that turned out to be a mistake. The complex is beautiful. Each is crafted very nicely and with ingenuity! All set against a beautiful backdrop by the lake. There are plenty of saunas, and they are huge. There's no crowding (we went on a Friday). Punctuality deserves a plus. Each opened its doors promptly 5 minutes before the session, and the ceremony itself started exactly on time, down to the minute. Overall, it's a 10/10 for us, which is why I give it a 5-star rating (although there were some minor downsides - listed below). Despite the fact that the entire complex made a huge impression on me, I recommend that responsible individuals consider the following issues, which slightly negatively affected the overall experience: Some of the masters' skills left much to be desired. Lack of a cold water pool (there's a lake, but it's more for people who have low standards regarding water cleanliness and hygiene). Few instructions in English - most of the signs were in German, which was incomprehensible to someone who doesn't speak the language.
