It's a wonderfull place to climb, the organisation has set out multiple routes to climb which you will climb under guidance of an instructor, since it's a stone mine which is carved out from the top you'll always have shade somewhere. The organisation uses this really smart by picking the routes within the shades so it's possible to do the activity even on a hot day. Situated in a beautiful old stone pit, only reachable via a long, dark tunnel (a challenge in itself), Carrienta offers a great outdoor experience. There is a wide variety of routes and possibilities, with different levels of difficulty. With a group of 15 people on a bachelor trip, we did the Carrienta Challenge which was a great choice. The bachelor turned out to be afraid of heights, on this day he pushed his boundaries to new levels.
