I had a visit some games and slots and the were very but the ones at the canteen need some customer service training i was looking at the menu and a lady said "haw its no whits up there its whats doon here pointing and food on the hotplate" well if thats the case why have a menu!!! i found it very unsettling and embarssing to raise her voice like that just no need at all. Decided to start going gere for my biweekly sesions as buzz was getting pricey. Club 30000 udmore affordable imo. Ok, I wish prices were displayed on the app so I don't have to keep phoning, but are always helpful when I do. Was brilliant had a laugh and was fun Very venue comfortable and well equipped the books were reasonably priced and for a bit more you can play electronic cards and if you fancy a bite to eat the snack bar is delicious and the ice cream is fantastic First time there with my daughter today. Very impressed cost of books, seating, staff, food and refreshments all exceptional. My mum attends on a Thursday and Saturday she is 91 and she has nothing but praise for everyone and I now know why. Toilets spotless and a very smoking venue. Lovely big hall and very spacious. Plenty of choice where to sit. The are lovely and polite. Best prize money I have seen. The food and drink is a price.
