Everything is except for the prices I brought my along for a Sunday Funday at one of the Asn times, Book in i had booked online and ordered her socks for the place already so it was a quick turnaround, if you have been there or haven't your asked to sot for 5 minute briefing rules and safety information before entering which is needed for every visit. Its was for my not to noisy early morning as she said loves jumping for her energy bursts, going in ballpit shes a hide and seek player to disappearing in the ballpits which gets a parents heart racing after 10 mins when you cant find her she pops up and says find me you have to laugh😃, then you also have bumper cars, a amusement where some take tokens for a game and you can purchase these at the front reception or the cafe area. You get 2hours in your where you can ordered at the cafe something quick a small light bite and a drink or coffee while you are there. There is a outside which is shoes only a doughnut slide and my had a at that always just 15 mins before she leaves she like to go on it come rain or shine we re all out cheering her on. You have a for group fun which is parties you get a play indoors something to eat and a choice of a character mascot which is selected before you arrive and there's selected off for your party groups. For older children I suggest trying out the outdoor laser adventure we haven't done this yet but after listening to a group that were in getting there briefing and overalls and equipment that is needed the excitement was following. And overall thumbs up from us. Thankyou Bounce Station Irvine. I just didn't like it can't say much more place to let our development football team do some bonding and have fun gd day gd snacks for My son loves it and he's only 1. Easily entertained for 2 hours slot no problem. Very friendly Went to bday party which was really good, organized, kids loved it,but I paid for my other 2 boys and was 30 pound which I thought was pricey, one only 2 yr old. Got him a adult ticket as he could go about more, wasn't much dearer, but yeah that was 2hrs,and u buy socks,so save next in I'll take them! But yes was really big, lots to do and would go again,3 pound for a slush, refill as many ! For the parents/adults that don’t go on with the kids, wrap up or regret it. No heating which I think is terrible given it’s freezing outside. A bit over priced. It’s unfortunate that adults need to pay full price to go on the equipment with kids. I was here and I didn’t want to go on the inflatables to have fun but instead to watch my son as he is 2yrs old and wouldn’t stick to the toddler only inflatable. I was charged full price to upgrade him and myself which was £21 all in after having already paid £11 for the toddler time. I understand you can stand at the front however you then cannot see in which is a safety issue. As the pricing point stands at the minute I don’t think I’ll be retuning until he’s old enough to go in by himself. Pricing should be reviewed. My son did enjoy it though and the equipment was clean. I usually like Bouncestation however they have made a few changes ( to the negative in our view ) We went and the hall was freezing to the point our said their feet were sore with the cold, they didn’t put the heating on properly , just 3 tiny heaters on the roof. I’m sure there should be a minimum temperature when a facility caters to children activities. They have moved it around and now the under 3 is next to the open door at the back which means the youngest are next to the coldest of the hall at all times. Easily resolved in our view , please put the younger children back to the warmer and please please put heaters on, especially when outside is -5. Over priced and the website makes it seem better then it is. It's fine if adults want to chat at the table while go and have fun but if you want to go on and have fun with your it's expensive, important to note won't do any refunds of any kind. The donut slope is for toddlers and going down is about 2mph. had fun, adults not so much, we won't be back Went to bouncestation for a visit with santa in their grotto and we were not disappointed. From arriving we were given top notch customer service, the clearly cared and wanted to make our wee man’s visit as special as possible for his first Christmas, he even got a reindeer plush from santa! Great toilet and changing facilities suitable for families and a fantastic range of food snacks and hot drinks available at the cafe. We will absolutely be returning for any more special events and of course a bounce session when our little one is big enough. Thank you to all the for making our visit a memorable one. 🎄🎅🎁 We visited Bouncestation and were surprised that our child, who was already wearing high-quality grip socks (with a rubber sole), was not allowed to use them because they were from a different brand. We were forced to buy Bouncestation-branded socks on the spot. This policy was not clearly explained in advance, and we couldn't find it in the published rules. Is this really about safety or just marketing? This disappointing. Well girls absolutely loved it today. They love the huge ball bit and the bigger jelly mounation. They're favorite was the ball pit and they can't wait to come. They're glad the doughnut slide is there. They really enjoyed the new layout xx If I could give zero stars I would. Took my an nephew £15 for 2 hours bounce decent enough. The food however was an absolute joke! £7.30 for a cheese burger and hard fries, some were that hard i couldn't even bite through them. £9 for what looks like an Iceland frozen pepperoni pizza that came burnt and solid 🤢 on top of that we were another £3.80 for cheese burger which would be a fair price if it wasn't frozen burgers being used and £4.10 for a rollover hot dog. Including the slushies coffee and tokens we were over £100 for 2 hours in a frozen soft play absolute joke If I could rate you zero I would, my 5ft 2 and both her little brothers one who is 18 and 6ft 2 were in not even an hour ago they left and you wouldn’t let her use the bumper cars as they were for “kids” but her brother was told if he could fit his legs in he could use them ,now bit of background here my has no issues with her weight but your certainly made her feel like that she was being fat shamed and is now devastated that she couldn’t do something nice with her neuro divergent brother who now feels it’s his fault his sister is upset, I really think your need to be a little more thoughtful and not so blatantly ignorant and they had paid over £50 for that utterly ridiculous and disgusting behaviour won’t be back Had a birthday party for my here on Saturday. All were helpful and friendly and even after an initial mix up regarding a water fight they put it on for us which was a a surprise for the as we initially thought this wasn’t happening. However i would especially like to thank the male member of on duty that day as he was fantastic with the on the inflatables as well as when hosting the water fight he absolutely went out of his way to ensure the had the best possible. On booking I thought it was a bit on the expensive side but you definitely get what you paid for. Can’t thank the enough. We took 26 boys (and siblings) from our football team and they had an amazing time. Communication beforehand was as were the on the day, very accommodating considering it was a bit manic with that amount of 🙈 They do a special rate for group bookings and refillable slushes for £3 which is a really good price 😀 They also invited our boys to try the new laser combat for free and they absolutely loved it 👍 Definitely went over and above for us and we will be back for sure x Iv been going to “Bounce Station” in Irvine with my oldest niece since it opened years ago, she’s now almost 8 and we still go as much as possible and now along with my other niece who’s almost 2. We’ve been loads of times so far just in the last 6 weeks. They both absolutely love the place. The are always so so friendly and helpful and go out there way to help every customer. Your there to have fun and that’s exactly how you feel when you’ve left. I’m taking my nieces again along with my friends little boy and they can end the summer holidays with a spring in their step. (Literally) 5 out of 5 stars all the way. Excellent establishment for (and adults) of all ages. Amazing activities including inflatables, outdoor adventures, light up bumper cars, arcade machines and a cafe. The place has it all. It’s brilliant.
