Barely staffed, there's a ball area with large balls that looks like a fight will break out, it's a breeding ground for bullying, the netting around the play areas are covered in signs so the children can't be readily watched, not impressed, we won't be bringing the back here. Guy on door was so friendly and chatty. I had a cheeseburger which honestly, one of the best burgers I've ever had. Wee boy loved the soft play. First visit - initially thought a little small my son was a little upset - minutes later gone only see him for refuelling - thoroughly enjoyed it 2 hours value book online - cafe great value choice for all - Great place to allow kid's to burn out. Cafe had a nice selection, the chips, cheese, and curry sauce was delicious. The honeymoon slice was amazing, I need to know who makes their cakes. A bit of a drive for us, but well worth it. Pricey for what it is. Get better value elsewhere. Card reader wouldn't accept mobile payment. Had to go get cash before could get in. Brilliant day with kids. Staff and management team are good Young guy working at door very polite and friendly It was such a relief 🙂 taking my to this lovely place, a sure shot way to discharge and drain their overcharged batteries here,😄 very reasonable prices and food available with toilets and lots of seating area. I'm sure to take them very frequently. We held our sons 5th birthday party here and can't thank the staff enough for such a fab day. Lesley Ann and her team were brilliant. I was hear last week with my I have been alot but recently it seems very dirty and grubby everything you touch has that dirty feeling I understand it's a place but you can't even slide down slides for dirty stickiness and not only that my later became very sick with fever and shits .again places are breading grounds but paying to go into a hot sticky dirty pit was a waste of money and I'm still nursing bk to health so unless It gets a deep clean I'm afraid i won't be back which is ashame as it's not far from me and to get out. My sons came to this softplay for years, they owners are incredible, they have characters that come out and they use a bubble machine, the smaller love it. Staff always friendly.. great to place to let the play.
