Bought our nephew here who is 2 and a half. £6.50 to get into toddlers only which is technically age 2 and under. There’s a slide with a small ball pit at bottom, that’s literally it. They wouldn’t allow an adult or my 12 year old son to go in the bigger section with my nephew, he was expected to go alone and climb up high etc unsupervised. It makes no sense. And how are you supposed to get a 2 year old out of there anyway when it’s time to go if you can’t go in after them. Every parent will know how difficult that is to get them out of a soft play. Then I see their signs. Adults are only allowed to supervise toddler section, but then further down, parents must supervise at all times as no are there to do it. How can you supervise a 2 year old in a huge soft if you’re not allowed in after them?! Also was handed an ice cold coffee and when asked it to be heated was told they’ll just put it in microwave like it’s not supposed to be hot anyway. Not good, need to rethink your rules. And update the poor toddler section as it’s rubbish. Good place to let your run wild for a couple of hours Really good softplay, constantly cleaned unlike others we have been to, are great. Place always spotless with special mention to Freya for her cleaning skills and to other members of for constantly cleaning tables, floor, baby feeding chairs and other equipment. Food well presented and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend!! Probably the cleanest softplay I have been to. Constantly see cleaning up and monitoring.
