Stuff is professional and they really care. We spent three days across Pohorje and visited this nice place on route to Lukov dom. Such a warm and cosy place with lovely service and great food. Very much recommended. We just stopped for a beer in the middle of a MTB ride. Nice place, good service, even better beer, and the view from the terrace is awesome. Room small, bed smell in the room, you can hear noises from the bar. Poor breakfast, coffe not included in breakfast. Great local beer, good Coffee. One of the best mountain houses to visit. They have best "borovničev zavitek" in the world. We were there 4 weeks ago. It was very busy. After 1h30min we we're still waiting for our food. We asked to cancell our food and asked for a refund. They didn't gave us our refund cash, because we 'd payed with card. They said the money would be back on our bankaccount. 4 weeks later we've still don't have our money back. We 've asked it by e-mail, they say they'll do it but they don't. This was the most dissappointing place we've been on our trip to Slovenië. They don’t offer table service.
