Went to the Quay Zone with my daughter and granddaughter for the float session, which is geared towards children's fun in the water. Well organised and well staffed. There's a really good playpark within easy reach. We went there first, then went to the Quay Zone cafe for lunch. Nice but not exceptional. Kids meals came with the option to pay a little extra for the child to gain access to the soft play area. So it was lunch, pool and float play. Then mum and granny enjoyed a nice coffee while youngster played in soft play. Headed home with a tired but happy 3year old, and mum and granny were pretty tired too. We will definitely be back. Kids had an enjoyable visit, wanting to visit pool next time. Richies face unfortunately doesn't show he enjoyed it, he just didn't want his photo taken lol A nice new leisure complex near Girvan Harbour. Free parking and very close to the beach. A nice new Pool and Gym complex. Everything is nice and new and very popular. My wife and son love it and my neice has joined the gym. If you like a workout or a relaxing swim, then this place is perfect. I'm swimming here 5 times a week. Lovely pool, changing facilities are OK, all cubicles and plenty of large ones for families. I don't need it but there is a lift to help disabled customers into the pool. My only gripe is that swimming sessions are limited to 50 or 60 minutes. Great facilities and beautiful scenery and walks. Bikers love to stop for a coffee and cake. I used the gym whilst away on holiday. It was really well set up with everything you need for a session. It had a full range of dumbbells, a power rack with barbell and weights, a smith machine, various resistance machines and a cardio section. The staff were really helpful and getting a day pass was straight forward. Thank you This is the central hub for my father in law who meets his friends. We come down from Glasgow every few weeks and find it hard to visit as we have 2 small dogs. Yesterday to our delight there were chairs outside to sit with him with the dogs. Brilliant ideas and made my visit so so good. Little things mean so much to families and friends. Thank you THE QUAY ZONE 💕 Staff could not be more friendly polite and respectful. As a wheelchair user the facilities were shown to me with two options. Everything was explained and I used the wheelchair access to the pool, it was brilliant. Staff were there when asked to operate the wheelchair lift. Facilities are great a blade dryer would make it perfect.
