The lodges are excellent. Spacious comfortable and have great WiFi. It’s a little bit away from services and tourist attractions but makes up for it with a quiet location and a great night’s sleep. The pool is adequate. It could be heated a bit more and would really benefit from a jacuzzi. However the sauna and gym are decent. The road around the site is in dire need of repair. But if your lodge is near reception you can leave your car there and avoid the potholes! They are gonna charge you for everything. If you want to get new towels, you have to pay, if you want to get new shampoo & Shower gel, you need to pay, even to get toilet rolls, you need to pay. They didn't notice that you need feel out medical information in the sheet. Overall, the lodges are good, but service is very atrocious Great stay. Quality chalets....well bungalows. Lovely spacious & modern. Facilities are first class. Great deck area & fully equipped kitchen. En-suite rooms. Comfy beds & hot tub. Lovely location & great wee club house with pool, gym, pool table & extremely helpfu & pleasant staff. Nice wee bar area for drinks, coffee’s etc. A Fabulous Stay at 48 Turnberry! We had a brilliant two-night stay at Brunston Retreat Lodge, and everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly attentive and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The lodge itself was immaculate — modern, comfortable, and equipped with first-class facilities. It was the perfect escape, and we’re already planning our next visit. Highly recommended!
