I was in Scotland quite a few times last year and I absolutely love it. People are amazing, very friendly and helpful. I been going to prestwick airport and visited few places naturally. I also went to Prestwick and manage to take few pictures so would like to shere with others... Had a lovely walk here along the promenade, the sea air definitely cleared the cobwebs. A lovely vlean with loads of parking.Its massive and you can walk for miles.View is over to Arran.The sea is lovely to swim in.Today was hot so easy to get in Ice-cream shop on the front with toilets next door. An enjoyable day. I love Prestwick Beach, and I try to get down here as often as possible. They've got plenty of parking spaces, toilets, and a small coffee/ice cream shop. Perfect. Love prestwick always very clean and relaxing plenty of car parking toilets and an ice cream shop there too got everything you need even got a little play park for kids and just a little further up they have an indoor kids adventure play area with a cost if you're looking for something to do on wet days with kids . Good place to go for a day out. Brilliant area for taking your dog for a run around & to go into the water. You'll see all the aircraft going into the airport, which is nearby & getting pictures if you like photographing them. Would recommend for a day out & a chippy meal for dinner before you head home. Top beach. Worth the walk along past the promenade along the bit by the golf course. Beautiful long wide beach. Dog walking in winter months is a pleasure with parking easily available Lovely place and wonderful people BUT at the car park and soft play area people think it's acceptable to litter the with some amount of rubbish. We all love this area so pick up your rubbish Just a beautiful, simple walk. Visited here with my wife, and our dog on Friday evening as the sun was just glistening over the still waters. I had to remind myself I was actually in Scotland 45 minutes from my home! It is also just a massive upgrade from the at the main town of Ayr. It has lots of nice amenities, and make sure you grab the fish and chips on the way out because they were fabulous. A quiet less populated which is clean and full of shells and stones. It is quite wide and lengthy, so great for a walk. A lot of jellyfish and sharp driftwood are marooned onto the so be careful you don't step on them. Love this as not generally busy as further out, Nice ice cream shop, softplay close by as well as a play park Came myself to clear my head, views were amazing.
