Clean beach, views and easy access to aye centre. Nic place discovered while I was on my short holiday. Amazing views, you can walk far in to the sea, as water is shallow. Nice playground for kids and places with delicious ice creams. Very nice beach, good play park for the kids although it gets a little busy. Can walk along the promenade up to the pier which offers views along the coast down towards Greenan Castle. Absolutely fabulous place to walk along the beach. With nearly a Mile of and car parking all along which is Free (at his time of the year- October to March) There is a designated Motor home car park which is £10 per night from April to September but free now which you pay for via the RingGo app. Also has waste disposal area. We were there for the air show and had a dat,we were amazed at the scale of the event,the facilities were bang on as was the organizing. The kids also had a day. Such a shame that the is full of litter. Unsanitary sand, too many flies due to all the rubbish around and it attracts too many seagulls because of the leftover food disposed of anywhere.
