Giuseppe cooked for my partner’s dad’s 60th anniversary weekend for our extended family of over 20 people. He was absolutely amazing - fun, hardworking, thoughtful, and incredibly organised. We had a mix of meat eaters and vegetarians, and no one was left hungry - every dish was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. He kept surprising us with more and more creations throughout the weekend. He was also spotless in the kitchen, packed lunches for our trip out, and even prepared all the leftovers for us to take home when we were leaving. Truly an exceptional experience! Can’t wait for another occasion to enjoy his food again! 10/10 experience! Giuseppe cooked an absolutely meal for our group to celebrate my 30th Birthday. The whole service was faultless from start to finish and the mascarpone was even getting licked out of the bowl the following day😅 Not only was it just the cooking, but Giuseppe turned the event into a whole experience - showing us how he made the pasta, letting us get involved and teaching us new skills! I've been meaning to write a proper review for so long now - we found Giuseppe online partly thanks to the strength of his reviews. Giuseppe catered our wedding with around 22 guests, we were expecting a good meal from a private chef but I don't think we could have hoped for as good as we got. Giuseppe was quick to respond to contact prior to the event and made us feel completely at ease on the day, he and his assistant delivered course after course of incredible food, from homemade sourdough, cauliflower three ways, to the piece de resistance of the sous vide beef main course. There were some leftovers left for us which we turned into pizza toppings the following day (savoury and sweet!) I think it's fair to say that hiring Giuseppe was our best decision (I guess getting married was OK too). We're not far off a year on from the wedding now, and I when I see guests they still talk about the food, one says it was the best wedding meal they've ever had, another thinks about Guiseppe and his food multiple times a week. Everything was arranged via emails - the communication was clear and Giuseppe always responded promptly to my messages. The dinner was amazing - both meat-based and vegan dishes were absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh and served in a timely manner, and Giuseppe left the kitchen spotless! Each night’s menu was completely different and equally delicious, and our guests are still raving about the food. Everything was seamless from start to finish, and Giuseppe was an absolute joy to work with. He was responsive, thoughtful, and his artistry in the kitchen was beyond anything we could have hoped for. He is truly so talented and at the top of his field. I only wish he could cook dinner for us every night! We are three friends who shared a 70th birthday celebration and Guiseppe made it very special indeed. Sixteen guests - we started in the garden and Giuseppe's plates of canapés just kept on coming. More mouth wateringly food was served efficiently and with humour at the dining table from an amuse voucher to starters, mains and a triumphant trio of deserts!
