The food wasn't great but the service was good and friendly. The atmosphere was also good with it being busy. We liked seeing dogs being allowed inside. First time at the Spiral Weave suitable impressed. Went with my family, picked a really busy time, unfortunately for us, but we were seated really quickly, luckily at the kids' play area, had a 5year old. Waitress came across and we ordered drinks. Bit pricey for a rose wine £8.00. Food was nice fish could have been a bit crispier. But all in all a nice experience. Will definitely be back.🙂 The staff are always so, so amazing. So friendly, helpful and welcoming. We bring our puppy to try and get her used to people as she is very timid and the staff couldn't be more welcoming to her either. The doggy station with water and biscuits etc is such a great idea - I wish more places did this. Such a simple thing to make people feel relaxed and wanted. The food we order for our puppy off the doggy menu always comes out cold as well - a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. The food we order is always fab and the staff are always accommodating to my slight change request (beans instead of peas!). Genuinely - just a lovely place to visit. We go for food hear all the time and yet again the food was delicious, the staff were polite and welcoming.. Craig made us feel welcome and had a laugh about the size of the mega grill and yes my husband just about finished it and it was lovely. I had the kebab and it was delicious oh and the tomato soup and prawn cocktail was delicious too.. so compliments to the chef and thanku craig for making us feel welcome and we shall see u guys soon 🙂 We were in on Saturday and Blake was serving and was very and helpful on the bar. Nothing was too much trouble when amending our food order to suit our kids. My husband even came back from the bar to say what a lovely boy he was, and that takes a lot. All jokes aside. Overall a warm welcome when you walk in and all the staff are friendly. The next time we visit I will definitely try the roast which looked and smelt amazing. Blake is a great asset to your team and we look forward to returning soon. Just been to Spiral Weave for a meal i had the chicken combo which was lovely and my favourite sticky toffee pudding. Husband Husband had the steak combo which he enjoyed and jam sponge and custard .we where severd by Beth very and helpful I had a fantastic experience with this food service! Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and absolutely delicious. The highlight of my visit was the outstanding service—Craig went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Truly an asset to the team. Highly recommend! After avoiding this place for years a friend arranged for us to meet here for lunch. I’m glad he did as what a difference from years before. The food was delicious, the seating comfortable. Parking was great but most of all the service was excellent! Our server was Kerri and she was polite, knowledgable, and fast! I felt very pampered to be honest. I would now recommend the spiral weave to everyone. I’d also just want to give a special shout out to Kerri as it’s not often you get servers like her.
