The adoption process is detailed and thorough and the are helpful, giving follow up calls to check on your new cat! I got my lovely boy Snowy from here, he is settling in great. The pens aren’t massive but they are clean and warm and safe, and it probably allows them to look after as many as possible. The have a little area to go outside in the back too. I think it’s good they aren’t having visitors now randomly because it could be stressful for the I think, and the homing process still allows you to meet your cat before adopting him/her if you want to which is what we did🐱🤍❄️ Collected our new kitten just under a week ago. Everything explain through paperwork and phone calls as well as in person. Was aware of all required needs for flora before we collected her and took her to her new home. Excellent organisation with the best staff! They made the adoption process really easy, straightforward, and gave great advice to help blue settle into her new home. Big shout out to Rhian L, she was very involved in our adoption process and was brilliant, couldn’t recommend them enough! Dropped off cat food Lovely understanding and kind staff, they are doing such a good job 🥰 Adopted a very nervous cat who has had quite the start in life; from being a street cat to living in a home with 6 other cats. Smudge (who is now named tiger lily) has settled in so well and nearly 3 weeks on is like a totally different cat. Very loving, cuddly and just such a beautiful girl. So happy I've been able to adopt this gorgeous little cat. These guys have been fab! My family has unfortunately had to rehome my two which we’ve had for a while, and it was quite a hard decision to do. Protection has supported and helped my family in this decision for a while, up until the day they took my two in. It was a sad day for the whole family, but it was nice knowing our were in the best care. I will be recommending people to them to look for and for support in rehoming, and I’ll visit them if I decide to adopt again in the future! Have taken 2 stray in at different times recently and they've been excellent with us. Can't explain how much they help and advise you when you don't know what to do for the best. They are a class act.
