Very beach. Yet another crystal from the of Cyprus. I attach some pics. It is a sandy beach; however, caution is required because there are some rocks in the sea. You can find food and drinks here and a seabed or will only cost you €2.5 each. New being set up in front of very expensive new sea view villas. Showers and toilets are open for use. Beach bar was being furnished and finished possibly for 2025 season. Very beautiful, water. 2.5 eur/ sunbed, 2.5 umbrella. Some downsides: a lot of seaweed in the & nowhere to buy a drink in the beginning of November Very nice only 15 minutes drive from Ayia Napa! It was very quiet when we went and we rented sunbeds/umbrella for €7.5 - you have a bar and a restaurant right beside the and also a lovely church with views on the beach. This right here is a hidden gem 💎 believe me guys. The bay is so little but so beautiful. And let’s talk about the crystal 💧 The best part is, its not known and therefore not to many people over there. You can have a relaxed day with your family or wife or even as a couple of friends. Mostly rocks in the water, very shallow, the sand in is small. in general. It is ok. Very pretty but there are underwater rocks and quite a rip tide. I wouldn't bring small children. Best in the area. Small, not crowded and the is simply great. A hidden gem with water, we like it more than Nissi beach. No so many people, you can easily book sun at 10am. You can taste food / drinks in local bar at good quality level. We love it! Very interesting beach, red flag edition. Here flow brings you back to the to the right. White sand I think this is the best around Ayia Napa: not crowded, slowly deepening, sandy beach. - There is a tiny about 30 meters from the beach. - Sunbeds and renting is available. - Toilet and shower at the beach. - There is a restaurant with a bar where you can get iced coffee. One of the quietest and nicest beaches I've ever been to. The good thing about this is the fact that the isn't built up yet. Currently no hotels, albeit with one being built. You are always guaranteed a sun bed. is for a while before it gets deep, so ideal for families. And to top it off Ayia Thekla church is a stone throw away. I forgot to mention how the is. There is also a restaurant and a bar there. GO HERE INSTEAD OF NISSI if you’re like me and you like a quiet with and cheap sunbeds - 7,5€ for two - definitely go here. Nissi is way overcrowded even for october and so are the other hyped beaches. from ayia napa you get on 101 bus and this is the pre-last stop. then from the same stop you come back with bus 102. the is insanely and warm even in October (the photos are from 6th of October 2025) Special mention to the employee Vasos. He was very nice and even gave us some fun facts about Cyprus. I’d recommend if you like a quiet vacation find some place near this and just go here, you won’t regret it ❤️ p.s there is no filter on the photos it really does look like that Ayia Thekla is a stunning, peaceful spot with crystal-clear waters. There may be some seaweed near the shore, but this doesn’t mean the is dirty, if you go a bit further out, the is completely clear. Across from the main beach, there’s a small rocky islet you can walk to without swimming. However, be cautious on the right-hand side: the rocks there are full of sea anemones. I saw more than 20 sea anemones in one alone, they may look beautiful, but they can sting if touched, so it's important not to go barefoot or touch them. shoes are highly recommended if you're exploring that side. Overall, it's a ideal for relaxing and enjoying the view. Not the best place for swimming! You can collecting seashells, but definitely perfect if you're looking to chill in a calm, natural beach! 🐚 Really nice beach, it was very calm and compared to Nissi beach. More family and kids friendly. I have been coming to this since 1988 when I was a child. The has changed and build up over the years but the still remains the safe familiar I remember as a child. I now bring my here and still love it. It is but not so for toddlers especially. The distance between entrance and the sea is short what makes very convenient with children. is very and on that day we had lots of seaweeds and fish smell but was ok. Still not in full season so we got sun beds and in a front row. Toilets were clean. Plastic free so you can refill your bottle of water. There is also shadowed playground for little ones and two coffee shops open. The little Long will take you about to waist of water. We saw it last year on Makronissos and now here the box with “borrow play return” toys it is so good Lovely shallow, sunbeds available, restaurant available. Sand castle making quality sands. Ayia thekla is one of our favourite beaches, especially if you have young children. This is better because the is , best for family, really, and it's close where our villa is. Also, the ayia thekla Church is nearby and saw a couple of weddings held in the church while we're at the beach. Excellent. secluded beach. I would say I do not recommend it so that remains secret and will not get crowded. Probably the best due to lower number of visitors. It offers amazing view of the church nearby, there is a bar, toilets, showers.. anything you need really. Best part is the which you can cross over to a small island. Nicest beach, not too crowded with amazing and little in front! Loved it Lovely with parasols and sunbeds facilities. The is very so ideal for children. Mostly sandy with a few rocks scattered around the sea bed so better to ring some sea shoes. Wonderful with sand and a fairly entrance to the water. Near the there is a small which can be easily reached from the shore. The closer to the evening the level drops and the increases its surface area, providing more sandy space for rest. The around is very and shallow. Ideal for toddlers or older who like amateur diving. Sunbeds and umbrellas available at an affordable price. Changing rooms and toilets are free and relatively clean. Bars and a restaurant nearby. The is recommended especially by local residents. We were there at the beginning of June - very few tourists, mainly local residents. The is an interesting alternative to the crowded Nissi beach.
