Swimming is with the same hot water as the rest and even when it’s longer than 25m, there are a lot of people just relaxing on the swimming strip. Overall for the pools I prefer Uniejów, but for saunas Poddebice is my main choice (I’m driving there from Lodz almost every weekend) It’s clean and with good atmosphere. I am using multisport card so I am not sure about pricing :) A place where you can relax and use the facility water massage in a heated pool.
