First time going there with my grandson. We had so much fun, he loved it, especially the big slide. I would go again, it was nice to see other children having fun too. Great fun for the kids. Food and coffee pretty good also. Main seating / viewing platform is on first floor. Staff very friendly. Only negative is the limited parking otherwise we all had a lovely time. We had a very nice time there with the grandchildren.Kept them entertained for a couple of hours and good selection of snacks and hot meals.Well worth a visit with those young ones. First time down visiting here with my two (4&6). The soft play was fantastic all round. Ordered food and milkshakes for the and even though there was a little wait (half term and can’t be helped!) it came out hot and tasty. While I was there another parent was shouting at the staff for politely asking one of their children to stop throwing balls at the other parents sat down, and even though it was the parents fault for not paying attention as she was engrossed in her phone. The staff here are brilliant and helpful and would definitely recommend coming here. If I lived closer it would be a great place to have a party Staff were great, really friendly and helpful. It was very clean, including the loos which is always a winner when you're at soft play! Unfortunately the actual establishment itself is very tired and needs a bit of a revamp. The toilets have graffiti scratched into all the paintwork, there are holes in the walls where the flushes should be. It was pretty dead for the middle of the summer holidays as well. We ordered a toastie and some cheese and bacon fries which were ok but a bit overpriced for the portion and quality of food. All in all the enjoyed it and we would come again. Just think it could do with a bit of an update as it is starting to look a little run down. I used to go here when I was younger but now I am too big. Great place to go if you have no plans, although it might be busy on weekends. It's more fun to bring friends to go down the slides and play games with. There is a sign saying 'do not climb up the slides' but most don't listen, so always look before you go. When I tell you to wear leggings I mean WEAR LEGGINGS , or else you may sqeak down the slides. Some may annoy you by blocking ways to get around. The food is also GREAT, I usually got the hotdog and chips meal. Overall great place First time visiting, I took my Daughter today, she absolutely loved it. Decent size soft play, so children won't get bored easily. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The food is lovely and reasonably priced. The cleanliness is spot on. I will definitely be returning. This place is really good value for money! Once you’ve payed for the entrance you can stay as long as you want - we were there for over four hours today 😀 The staff are friendly and efficient. Everything is also very clean. They have a busy little kitchen going on and all the food looks nice and fresh. We had a portion of chips which again was great value and fed three of us (one adult, two children). Can really recommend this place, they deserve to be busy!
