Stopped here for a cup of tea and sausage sandwich, very tasty, too. Dog which was as my labrador enjoyed laying by the table chomping on the dog treats. I did notice outside area very slippery on decking when damp . Maybe it is only with certain types of sole but just be aware. Overall place with plenty of parking and food a fair price. We visited here on July 7th, we arrived just gone 1pm, and it actually wasn't too busy, we were able to get a table for 5 straight away. I was actually surprised by the amount of tables there were for bigger parties, which is a thing! We ordered our drinks and our food, and it arrived promptly. Between the 5 of us, we had 4 different sandwiches off the menu, all of them simply delicious. The sandwiches were jammed full of filling, my egg mayo roll was just oozing the stuff out! This seems like a perfect place for cyclists to stop at, or those adventuring in the countryside! We will definely come back if around the area! Pros: food, quick service, no wasps, small farmshop inside Cons: Toilets are a little dated Took the dog for breakfast. It's nice to have the ability to choose what you have, as my husband is picky. food in a clean cafe with staff. Just pulled up in my truck for a 45 minute break but you were closed-it was 15:30, but I literally had only seconds on my tacho before I needed to stop, and a chap pulled up on a little farm buggy explaining he was the owners father and I can stay as long as I needed to. What a gesture, a lot of places would’ve moved me on before I asked. He stayed for a while for a chat about farming and the cafe, fella. I’ll definitely be back for a the next time I’m down here!! On our journey down to Weymouth and came across this fabulous eatery for breakfast. Very reasonably priced and everything cooked fresh to order. very accommodating and friendly. We had full English breakfasts, sausage was their own homemade. Would definitely recommend. Dog too! I was a bit of a day where I wanted to visit my nearby farm shops and I knew about this one from a free years back. The reasoning behind my 2 ⭐ (dislike) is that the food with the farm isn't locally sourced and therefore it's taken away any authenticity and support of locally sourced produce from the local farmers. There is ample parking 🅿️ which is and it's wheelchair accessible ♿ another point. There's a café there which you enter upon first entry into the establishment a handy thing to have (I guess). I think for me it's more centered around the convenience of the café to gain revenue and customers with the added extra of a 'farm shop'. Hence my feedback and review of this - unfortunately it wasn't for me it could be personal preference but I'm all for local farmers and local produce to go into a farm shop. Called into this establishment this morning on my way to our job for a bacon and egg bag which was stuffed full of bacon and was very tasty.Lovely well appointed establishment with a cafe and farm offering a wide range of products. With indoor and outdoor seating. The very helpful and attentive and the was very quick.would visit again when in the area and recommend to others Came here on Sunday we weren't looking to stop anywhere we had taken a wrong turn to where we were going. So glad we did as it is a 😍 little cafe with both indoor and outdoor seating . We received a warm welcome. Ordered two flat whites and what was called a cruffin I think that was the name of it. It was banoffee flavour and a cross between a croissant and a muffin it was delicious 😋 ☕️ was and nice and hot. Prices were reasonable. atmosphere and not too loud which is ideal. They also had a at the back of the cafe which sold various items. Will definitely return if passing this way again and maybe try the cooked good. Would totally recommend trying this place Extremely affordable food, and efficient and excellent coffee. What's not to like?! There's a reason it's so popular (several, in fact!) A great place to stop on your journey. Been past this dozens of times but a friend and I who celebrates our birthdays 2 weeks apart took me out for a surprise bereakfast, the food was wholesome and staff, it seemed popular by the number of people there Very nice breakfast, and food was very good! Vegan options which was great for the wife. Came here over the weekend with some family friends. I hadn't been here before and have recently arrived from New Zealand, so was intrigued to see what options were available. Spoilt for choice! And really liked that you could pick and choose what items you wanted with your breakfast; I had 6 items (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, hash brown, tomatoes and mushrooms). Such great value! Will definitely come again next time I am out this way Had a great brunch here - we were particularly impressed by the Doggies offer - a real winner for our sprocker spaniel. Great and service.
