Excellent meal with excellent service at a great price for the menu of the day. So good we are going back tomorrow. A restaurant that is open for lunch (or drinks) only, and only on weekdays. A typical place where locals and working people go for a quick lunch. There aren't that many options: 2 starters, 2 mains and about 5 different desserts. Doesn't look like much but the quality is great! Tasty, fresh products and pincher of wine and coffee/tea is even included. A 3 course meal, wine, coffee, and it will only set you back less than 20 euros. You cannot go wrong here. Reservation is highly recommended since it is always booked solid, which in itself already is a sign that it's good! Had a great lunch. One menu at 15.90 for all with a couple of choices in each category including wine and coffee. I invited 2 friends and we all enjoyed the meal. Only negative point : it was quite noisy. There were two options on the table d'hote menu and we enjoyed a delicious 3 course meal with wine and coffee for €15,90, which is remarkable value. Not much to look at from the outside but well worth a visit. Lovely camping site on the Loire river and a very short walk to the beautiful town. Very warm welcome. Really friendly atmosphere.
