While the first two were excellent, the matcha lacked a bit in strength — but I still applaud them for bringing matcha to Romania! Our go-to shop in Sighișoara. We sat inside on comfortable seats away from smokers outside. Great feel to the place, staff are spot on & they are dog / pet friendly inside 🐶😍 A very spatious and beautiful place, full of plants and good energy. The serving is quick and beautifully arranged. The coffees served are well done, but not as intense/tasty as I would like it. The croissants were delicious. The lemonades were nice. Great shop!! After a trip in the country and only having gas station or market coffees, this one was definitely a refreshing experience. The acidity was perfect (although ask the baristas if you do not like acid espressos). We had an oat milk flat white and a long black. The flat white (which was mine) was perfect . The atmosphere is great, the design is pretty cool and they have looots of plants. The only thing that was a little meh when we went was the music, very much outside of the shop vibe, too loud, a more jazzy experience would have been better. And also you have to pay more for the plant based milk, and I am still waiting for shops to stop with this extra fee for cruelty free option :) Super cute cafe, with gorgeous plants, ambiance and service. We had an iced matcha with vanilla syrup and a cold brew, they were good but a bit under our expectations considering the reviews we saw online.
