Bought 5 packs of this brand from Pets at Home to try with my dog who has since born being on raw food and who always love fruit and veg. This brand seemed like a good one to try but it has been the third day and it's been an absolute struggle for my dog to eat it. I have to try and be very persistent with my dog to try and it it but she doesn't like it at all. The photo I'm posting is for the 100% Raw Nutrition Super Beef, which as you can see from the photo it looks disgusting and no where near the look, colour or texture of real meat. No wonder my dog is not eating it. I bought 4 different flavours and all have been put into the bin. My dog is not a fussy eater and loves raw food. I tried many other brands and never had any issues but Bella & Duke are certainly never to make again to my shopping basket. I'm surprised how disgusting a dog food can look like. The marketing around "Super Foods" is also a non-sense, as dogs are wild creatures by nature and are not interested in any food trend that may apply to humans. Hugely disappointed with the brand. Never again. Bella & Duke have been brilliant from day one! The food always arrives exactly when they say it will, and there’s plenty of communication before each delivery. They even remember my dogs’ birthdays and send little presents which is such a lovely touch. And most importantly, my boys absolutely love their food which says it all! Couldn’t be happier with the and have been with them for a few years now. I’ve been having Bella & Duke delivered for over five years now. Our dogs absolutely love the food. Their poop is always firm and easy to pick up. I’ve accidentally stepped on it in the garden and it doesn’t squish into your shoes like when you encounter dog poop out in public! The most impressive thing for me is the service. I’ve called up customer on a number of occasions. Nothing that Bella & Duke were at fault for. First thing was when I moved house. I made the adjustments to the a day late and the food was delivered to my old address. I rang them up and a new was made at no extra cost. The other times it’s been down to DPD delivery. The address is notoriously hard to find so there have been occasions where it was delivered else where. And again, Bella & Duke delivered a new package. The last time I had a rebellious guy who I had fallen out with due to an unrelated issue. So the guy was being difficult on purpose and saying he couldn’t find the address. He was leaving the on the street etc. Bella & Duke sorted that situation out as well. Now we don’t suffer this driver any more. I think a great marking for a business is how they handle adverse situations. And I am nothing but impressed with how this business handle those situation. I've been using Bella and Duke for over a year now and they deserve the best rating. First of all, we had to go to raw food because our dog has sensitive skin and her scratching reduced within a few weeks of using Bella and Duke. Their customer is great, you get to talk to actual people. They are conscious of the environment with their packaging. It's easy to change date or the food quantity through the portal. Today I decided to finally give a rating after they sent my dog free treats for her birthday, how adorable! This is the kind of gesture that makes you want to give back with recommendations and more spending on their website 😊 Really impressed with Bella and Duke! They were at the dog fest in Bristol last weekend so signed up for a trial from a very lovely rep that was there. Arrived very quickly and my dog absolutely loves it! Wolfed it down, her favourite was the lamb. Will definitely be reordering Bella and duke are amazing. My dog laps his food up now and it's such a relief as he was really picky and wouldn't eat for days despite trying every brand. I mix it with kibble to keep costs down to make it more affordable. The texture is mushy, particularly the chicken and salmon, which my kitten doesn't find palatable. The food is also too cold, and since it's raw, I'm unable to reheat it or leave it at room temperature for too long. I've tried adjusting my fridge temperature, but it hasn't made a difference. As a result, my kitten has stopped eating the food, and I'm left with a freezer full of unused product. I also found it challenging to measure out the correct serving size, which led me to purchase a kitchen scale to ensure I'm feeding the right amount. It would be helpful if the food came pre-portioned. Regarding the promotional offer for new customers, I didn't receive the 30% discount on my second box, and I was charged full price. Although the issue was resolved satisfactorily after I reached out to customer service, I found the system error frustrating and unattractive. On a positive note, I must commend the customer team at Bella and Duke. Every time I've contacted them, my enquiries have been handled with care and kindness, and I'm happy with the support I've received. I really struggled to find a raw food that my Maine Coon kitten, Jackson, would eat — until we tried Bella & Duke. Since being on the food, he’s become so much healthier, is gaining weight steadily, and his coat is beautifully glossy. I can see such a difference in his wellbeing, and he absolutely loves it! I couldn’t be happier knowing he’s thriving on Bella & Duke.
