Recently venue has had renovation done. Amazing work. Added karaoke booths can book 1.5hr slots and enjoy. There is laser tag that is so affordable. Extra lanes have been added. for small groups or large groups. Pool tables still there. This place has it all for families, large groups, individuals, date night or small groups. Tenpin you can reserve a slot online or walk in (might need to wait if busy). Reasonable prices. Venue has an arcade games. They sell food, snacks, sweets and alcohol. Open till 11pm every day. Really venue. Had my daughters 8th birthday party here. Staff, food, party and were all excellent. Daughter and her friends had a time. Was actually better than I expected, would highly recommend. Robbie is a fine member of staff exactly the person a company needs well spoken,well mannered very polite and helpfu..l I hope he gets a pat on the back.. he pours a pint of Budweiser and always has a friendly smile to greet you... Tenpin bowling, there's also karaoke and laser tag which we didn't try, pool tables and amusements also. Easy to get to as next to a train station.. Visit on October 2nd, 2025 I’ve been visiting Tenpin Falkirk for years with family and friends, and in the past we’ve had some really enjoyable experiences here, bowling, arcade games, pool tables, and just casual nights out. We’ve celebrated birthdays, back-to-school moments, and even just quick meetups before work trips. The arcade and pool tables are still great, no complaints there.🫡 Unfortunately, it’s really sad to see how much the overall experience has downgraded in the past year, especially when it comes to food, service, and cleanliness.😕 We booked the Thursday deal (2 and a burger meal for £10 per person). The itself was fine, but the food was absolutely unacceptable.🤕 The only burger choices offered were cheeseburger or vegetarian, no chicken option, which was disappointing since not everyone in my family eats beef. The burgers themselves were easily the worst we’ve ever had: they looked and tasted like microwaved, frozen patties, served on stale bread, and arrived lukewarm at best. The fries were cold and underwhelming, and the portions were tiny. The whole meal felt cheap, reheated, and far from fresh. Sadly, several of us even felt sick after eating them and couldn't sleep well due to stomach aches.😖🤕🤒 On top of that, service was frustrating.😤😫There are hardly any staff around, whether to order drinks, snacks, or get assistance. More than once I had to go searching just to find someone, or wait a long time until an employee happened to pass by. For a family venue, that’s disappointing.🫤 Cleanliness has also slipped. Tonight, when we arrived at our lane, it hadn’t been properly cleaned after the previous group. That’s become a pattern over the past year as well. It’s really disheartening to see a place that used to be one of our favorite spots go so far downhill.💔 The arcade and pool tables are still fun, but the service, the food, and the general organization have all dropped in quality. Honestly, after this experience, it makes me not want to return for a while. I hate leaving negative reviews, but I feel like other families should know what they’re walking into. I hope management takes this seriously and makes changes, because Tenpin Falkirk used to be a place to spend time, and it’s a shame to see it decline like this. - Isabella So much fun at a decent price staff are friendly and helpful full they have arcade games, pool and laser tag available food is okay and at a decent price Such good value for money in comparison to other venues, we always choose here. Staff are although I would say it seems that there's often not enough staff to deal with check ins/bar etc. Just an observation, we were here yesterday and the 2 staff that were covering this area looked extremely stressed. Had a time a couple of weeks ago with my 4 year old and friends. We all had a time. Havent been to the here since just before covid hit. Looking much better.
