I would suggest to invest in better security and safety trainings and have stricter rules for bullying and disturbance like occurred tonight. One of my suffered as well from a minor injury on his finger because of defending himself from aggression of older children. It's a real shame and too dangerous for younger ones. I would not recommend it anymore. Very disappointed. Amazing place for a child's party! Just had my sons 4th birthday here, and it was very well organised. The are very helpful and everyone had a brilliant time! Good place for the to burn off energy. Equipment is well maintained and clean. are very good. My daughter is autistic and normally would not go to places like this especially with the music but she really enjoys it. It’s a safe place, I feel reassured that the are safe as there is enough visible. Definitely a go to place for my family. Went with my 2 boys, age 4 and 9. The 3 of us had a brilliant time. We done a 2 hour slot, which was more expensive but it flew in. The only issue I found is that the toilets were unsanitary - they aren't clean, there was no toilet roll in over half of the cubicles, no hand towel and no hand soap. They really need to up their game when it comes to the hygiene facilities. Queue for food and drinks was also very long.. seemed like only one person was working there. Also the jump pillow - my son fell in the gap between the wall and the landing pillow and the employee who was there never noticed. I had to shout on him to get my son out as he was stuck and screaming. If I could give this 0 stars after last night's experience I really would!. I paid just over £200 for my son's birthday at the Nerf wars only for the mum & of the next to us to cause bother from the start between diggy comments to other parents in our then for 5-6 of the in that to corner my son on the inflatables throwing Nerf guns at his head and kicking him.
