Our long weekend here was so relaxing. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The Park grounds are clean and well maintained. The caravan was a very high standard. The restaurant & bar on site served good quality food and drinks at reasonable prices. We will have no hesitation in returning. Spent a lovely weekend at Pearl Lake. The caravan we stayed in was probably the best caravan I've stayed in modern and clean. The site has plenty of activities. They have truly thought of everything. Only advice for anymore that is wanting to go fishing, especially carp fishing Is that the lake is very weedy. To bear in mind your approach. I only came with the idea of pva bag fishing. But the lake is a proper lake. Not man made with hundreds of carp. Also I found the site to be a community. Which is special. I will come again. Also the food is great and the staff in the restaurant and bar. Great stopover on our way down to the New Forest. Not many campervan pitches the site is really for static caravans but we had a good stay. The lake was nice to walk around, the bar does a good beer and food. The cafe at the airfield is nice to walk to with the dog, and then on around the footpath back to the village. Not much else to do but would recommend.
