When we arrived there was some wait to get a table. Ordered food and drinks, my Coca Cola drink was the last one last one to arrive 10 minutes and there was not much of an explanation to why it took so long. Food then arrived shortly, it was presented nicely but the milk shake was not blended properly. Taste of the food was ok Vic needs a payrise! Managed to handle our little crowd with ease and humour, had us giggling and in awe of the Sydney Opera House made with a napkin, Vic has skills!!!! Kids LOVED the service AND the ice-cream, we will be back. Had Banofee, Bubbleicious, Reeces and Chocolate fudge sundaes, 3 cokes and 2 coffees, at roughly £10 per head, great value for money. We all know the drill at Kaspa's: yummy dessert at a decent price, with a kooky atmosphere. However, the experience at my local branch (Colchester) is one of lukewarm food and mediocre service. I can happily say that Vic took great care of us and our orders. Food arrived in a timely manner and Vic was outstandingly friendly, helping us with food and area recommendations. The food was great and the waffles arrived piping hot and fresh. I'll be coming back here again! Welcomed in and as it was our first visit explained how to order at the counter and will be brought over to us. The host was friendly and welcoming, a great first impression. Really good portion size and quality, waffles were really nice, boba tea with lychee pearls and really sweet ice cream. The only two downsides was the very loud music, and the journey to the toilets downstairs, considering the loud music it was eerily quite 😅 Kaspa's in Ashford is awesome! They have a huge menu with everything from waffles and crepes to sundaes and cakes. It's the perfect place to go for a sweet treat after dinner or to celebrate a special occasion. Highly recommended. Arabella was the best staff member after we turned up with a large group 45mins before closing. She was amazing and accommodating. She made us feel welcomed and happy . Thank you Me and my friend came in for a little dessert date. We got greeted by all the lovely staff on duty and we were seated with no problem. We ordered 2 warm cookie doughs with ice cream one with kinder and the other salted pretzels as well as a Oreo doughnut. The desserts were very well presented and made with care and they absolutely delicious and was enjoyed by us both. The lovely staff members table checked us and we said how lovely the desserts are and they made conversation with us and had a laugh and to us that was quite comforting as we both struggle with our social anxiety so thank you all for the lovely service and desserts we will definitely be back again.
