We booked 1 day in advance 5 horses and a carriage (2 of them for kids). When we arrived as planned we were presented with weird excuses about our pants, the lack of experience (was discussed in advance with no problems) etc. just to let us know we can only in a carriage. We agreed since the were expecting some ride. The was boring and our left the farm crying. The owner didn't even agree they will get on a horse for a second... We reserved a carriage for 4 people, 3 horses for adults and 2 small horses for for the day after at 18:00. When we came, first we were told that we can't with short pants and no one told about it before. Secondly, even after we put long pants, they said that the can't since they are small and inexperienced although we saw smaller riding just when we came (ours were ages 6 and 9). Then they told us there was a mess and they are afraid the adults are also inexperienced and also can't and we will get hurt, even though day before we said that we are beginners... They just wanted to put us all together on a carriage and that was the only option to their say. Seems like they did over booking and just tried to earn a lot of money on whoever they can... Very rude manager (the old lady) that made up all those lame and upsetting excuses, the young employees were at leat trying to explain. With this, I don't recommend at all giving money to this place. 😠 Great culinary experience. All dished were perfectly made.
