My son was mesmerized, not to mention I wanted to know more Spanish to ask her more! Recommended! Plan in advance and follow the timelines. Even though the website says the commentary is in spanish, our wanted to be very helpful and tried to explain everything to us in English. This made the experience even better. Be prepared for some physical effort. There are several ascents and descents, it is warm and humid, 700m long and takes 1.5 hours. Very nice experience. But avoid if you don't understand Spanish. No guided tours in foreign languages Fantastic visit! We really enjoyed it. Our Mavi was very engaging and catering to all types of visitors. Very knowledgeable as well and open to answering any questions we had. She really took care of every single one of us. The cave itself is totally worth it and although some parts were a bit harder to navigate, we were suitable informed at all times to ensure we were safe. A fantastic welcome by the staff, our manuel was informative and friendly even tho we only spoke a small amount of Spanish. If you haven’t been, you MUST go, it’s stunning. The uv mineral experience was fantastic. Definitely a 5 star for value too. We visited on a Sunday morning. We are a family with 2 teenage sons. They both thoroughly enjoyed it too! Our was lovely - very knowledgeable and helpful. We only speak English and our made a huge effort to give us information in English, despite the fact it was a Spanish tour. Highly recommended - thank you! Great activity, the was really interesting and took just over an hour. We chose the Spanish guided tour. The girls are lovely and the views are incredible from the centre. Well worth a trip. Interesting and pleasant experience. Lots of nice souvenirs from real (most of them) crystals.
